When I visited Okinawa last month, I requested a tour of the Taiseki Sake Brewery, but was told that due to the aging of the factory, the tour is not available at this time. ...... Instead, I bought a bottle as a souvenir at a liquor store that I was told about.
The aroma was slightly fermented, perhaps because it is a tropical sake. The taste has a strong rice flavor due to the 70% rice polishing ratio, as well as a touch of astringency and bitterness. It goes well with dishes with strong flavors.
When I drank it before, it was like a lactic acid drink! I was strongly shocked when I drank it before, but maybe because it was the second time, it didn't have such a strong impact on me.
