WOMBusiness trip to Kochi. Drink after work, drink every day. Such a sake. The crispness of Chikkyu and the clear dryness of Kaygetsu. It's like there are no limits. WOMBusiness trip to Kochi. The market was as bustling as it was 10 years ago. The system is a large food court. I couldn't find a place that sold sake by weight, so I bought a small bottle of 300 ml. I thought the selection of sake would be limited, but as one would expect from a sake brewer, Kochi is a place where sake is made in Japan. The first one was Minami Beitatsurae. The rice used was Matsuyama Mitsui, a rare edible rice from Ehime, and the taste was spicy and delicious. We served it with grilled bonito and jakoten (fish cake). ちょろきMr. WOM
