ふかきよI thought it was a delicious sake with moderate acidity and a refreshing bitterness that was crisp and easy to drink without being sweet. ふかきよI thought it was a delicious, easy-to-drink sake with a subtle acidity at the beginning and a soft bitterness in the aftertaste that goes well with grilled fish. ふかきよI thought it was a delicious, easy-drinking sake, with a moderate sweetness like the king of light, dry sake, and a nice sharpness that would go well with doughnuts. ふかきよIt has a subtle sweetness followed by a crisp, refreshing bitterness, and although it is 18 degrees, I thought it was a delicious, easy-to-drink sake that could easily be paired with meals. KanoWhile hanging around at the Hirome Market, I met a Tosatsuru salesman 😊.
He seemed to be there to promote their new sake and we couldn't help but talk to him and even had a tasting of their new sake...it was delicious✨!
And in connection with Tosatsuru, I bought a bottle of "Tosa no Okyaku" 😊.
I enjoyed it with broiled eel as a side dish.
It seems like I drink every time I'm on vacation... 😓. KanoIt's a good night for me, so I'm going out to hang out ✨.
When I got out of the house... it's cold 😂 cold stuff hitting my face... what is it? I thought it was snow 😭
That must be cold 😓Patrash...
I went to Hirome market and it was cold, so I decided to warm myself up, so I summoned Shiragiku-san ☝️
Too bad they don't serve heated sake, but this is... delicious 😊.
It's a nice sake that doesn't interfere with the meal: ☝️ KanoThe last one here is south 😁.
It's been a while since I've been in the south ☝️
Gentle rice flavor, nice sharpness 😊.
Hahah it's delicious 😁. KanoNext is Drunken Whale 😊.
We will be having grilled eel as our side dish 😁.
The mouthfeel is very sharp and has a nice ginjo aroma 😆.
It's delicious 😆. KanoOn the way home from the pairing, we decided to have a little more to drink, so we came to Hirome Market 😊.
Not many tourists here today 😊.
First, we went to our favorite restaurant to check the fatty bonito...
It didn't look fatty, so I decided to have it tataki 😆.
Sake was a definite Kurei 😊.
This is the one after all ☝️
It's delicious 😆. KanoAfter the event was over, we went to Hirome Market for just one more drink 😅.
As promised, we had just one more drink✨
I had dokure, so I'll have this one ✨.
Delicious as always 😁.
I was going to order some bonito too 😅 but my companion stopped me 😅.
He said no because we can't have more than one bowl ✨.
So that's it for this time 😅 sukebayUNESCO Intangible Heritage registration,
And congratulations on the rush of awards at Tosa Sake World 🎊㊗️✨
We'll be launching with Kaygetsu Super Dry Sake: ❤️ WOMBusiness trip to Kochi. Drink after work, drink every day. Such a sake. The crispness of Chikkyu and the clear dryness of Kaygetsu. It's like there are no limits.

WOMBusiness trip to Kochi. The market was as bustling as it was 10 years ago. The system is a large food court. I couldn't find a place that sold sake by weight, so I bought a small bottle of 300 ml. I thought the selection of sake would be limited, but as one would expect from a sake brewer, Kochi is a place where sake is made in Japan. The first one was Minami Beitatsurae. The rice used was Matsuyama Mitsui, a rare edible rice from Ehime, and the taste was spicy and delicious. We served it with grilled bonito and jakoten (fish cake). ちょろきMr. WOM
