Light aroma like a pear. On the palate, it gives the impression of fresh pears. It is crisp and refreshing. What? The rice polishing ratio is 65%? It's beautiful.
Apples. Refreshing apple aroma. In the mouth, the aroma of the core of the honey apple stands out, but the mouthfeel is refreshing. The back end is only slightly bitter.
The first thing I sensed was acidity. It wasn't sharp, but a soft acidity like the acidity of fruit. The smooth texture is smooth and juicy on the tongue. It has a complex returning scent, and then it snaps back quickly.
This is a very limited edition sake made with "Heshu Homare", the first sake rice in 12 years.
The aroma is gentle. On the tongue, it's like running through a forest of trees. It has a hard texture on the tongue for a fourteenth generation syochu liqueur. The aroma has a clearness and elegant bitterness that fades away.
Gin no Yume, polishing ratio 55%.
It's understated yet fluffy and open and gorgeous. It's so quick and crisp that you can't help but chase after another sip.
There is not much of a supercilious aroma. The nose is calm on the palate, but it has a fluffy aroma. The mouthfeel is soft. It has a smooth, clean finish.
Gohyakumangoku, 60% rice polishing ratio.
Smooth in the mouth, but the flavorful taste follows. When paired with strong flavored food, the peculiarity of the drink becomes less noticeable.
Omachi. Even if you brew with flowery yeast, you don't get that floral scent in your sake, but this has a hint of it. There's a nice rose essential oil in the distance. The mouthfeel is clean, and the returning scent gives you a sense of rice swelling.
Pineapple! It's already a whole lot of pineapple. Or syrup from a can of pineapple. Slightly thicker texture, sweet aroma and flavor. It's not cloying and it's easy to drink.
White chrysanthemum, 60% polishing ratio. 13% alcohol content.
Refreshing! Nice green apple-like aroma. The mouthfeel is clean and crisp. It's light in a way that is typical of low alcohol. I like it better when the temperature is slightly higher, as it is more expansive.
The aroma is mild. Crunchy on the palate. It does not have much of a Dewa Tsannan glamour, but has a rather robust impression. Rice polishing ratio is 50%.
Refreshing! Bright pear taste. Gorgeous and refreshing, perfect for a toast. It goes down smoothly. When the temperature is raised a little, a nice sweetness rides on it.
At first I smelled a strong aroma of rice, but after pouring the wine into the glass, it seemed to "open up" a bit. Swollen floral aroma. It smells like freesia. As the name of the big dry mouthful suggests, it comes out crisp and clear.
