I made a delicious Tsumami (Japanese snack) and wanted to commemorate the occasion.
Chicken thigh teriyaki was made by mixing Mikawa mirin and Hatcho miso with Tomoe soy sauce from Hokkaido. Chidori vinegar was added as a secret ingredient,
Now, what a pleasure it is to enjoy the tsumami, a dish filled with the wisdom of the various countries of Japan, with sake from Kyoto.
After all, Japan is the best (tipsy)!
I drank it all slowly.
It's the kind of drink that gets you drunk when you're in the mood to get drunk. For me, of course.
When I visited Kyoto, I walked a little from Demachiyanagi and bought it.
I bought this sake and enjoyed it at home while I was a little overwhelmed by the many people coming to this stylish standing drinking place.
Good aroma! Rice goodness!
Not fruity-sweet!
It is clear! Clear on the way! Clear!
A hint of mustiness at the end! It doesn't linger, so it's rather good!
This one is also made with beef.
I thought this sake could be served with anything, but I was sad that the bean-pot persimmon was hopelessly incompatible with it.
Kyo Chitose is also served with chicken meat.
With white miso, it is more plump than Hazen Shiraume.
Hazen Shiraume is a quiet boy who doesn't talk much without a punch, so it might be better with aka miso and cheese.

We compared the sake we had picked up from my parents' house with Hazen Hakubai and Yuki-Ryoe.
The sake is a bit cramped in appearance, but the umami flavor leaks out.
Hi, Hayanosuke-san.
I saw your review of your visit to Matsui Sake Brewery and I was able to visit there the other day 🎵.
This time I tasted the Kamizou, so next time I would like to drink the other labels to experience the delicious flavor that oozes out of it😊.
Good evening, ma-ki-! We are very happy to hear that you have visited us, and we are very happy to hear that we have been able to spread the word about your guess (_ _).
It is a wonderful brewery where we can be positive to see visitors from overseas enjoying the SAKE culture in a happy and tipsy mood.
It is surprisingly difficult to find a sake that goes well with tuna and chutoro (medium fatty tuna), but with this, you can always serve it without worry. It is especially good with heshiko, so it is very useful in our house.
A gift. Matsui Shuzo is a brewery located along the Kamo River in the city. The young proprietress is famous for her beauty, but I have yet to meet her. I hope to meet her someday. The sake is said to be made as a food sake so that it does not interfere with food, so it does not have a strong personality, but it is really easy to drink and you can enjoy it as much as you want.
