The aroma of the ginjo is discreet but beautiful. It spreads quickly and is smooth and crisp. As the temperature rises, the flavor of the rice is on the tongue.
The nose is mild. Crisp and bouncy on the tongue, with hints of grapes, pears and loquat. Fades away in a flash, leaving a nice aroma. Slightly bitter on the finish.
It's a clean, straight image. When I told the shopkeeper that I felt like I was putting an underlay in my back, he said, "I don't understand..." (laughs). (laughs) It's like it's chunky, but has a sense of fullness in front of it. It's fast and sharp.
A strange first impression. It's square with clear corners, but not spiky, like a bunch of trees of various grains and colors. There's also an air of freshness, like a coniferous tree.
It felt smooth. It's not extremely smooth, but it's not spiky either. The soft acidity and clean finish make it refreshing. You can drink it in mouths.
First impressions are strawberries! It has a refined acidity that makes you cringe, and a light sweetness that slides down your tongue, but is still crisp.
It is an original of the inn "Furukarian" of Yubu Onsen. It is said to be brewed with the rice made in Tonami.
Although the entrance is easy to drink, the flavor of the rice swells quickly and it has a solid feel to it.
Brewed in 2015. Aged sake aged for 4 years in the brewery.
Warmed up. The aroma is blistering at first, but it soon becomes light and slips away as if it had touched the hollow.
The amber-colored liquid is filled with a surge of savory and rich flavor like rough rice. It lingers softly.
When it's warmed up, the aroma and raisin-like acidity stand out.
