For me, it's Kumazawa Shuzo's Tensei.
Shinshu Kamerei is a sake from Ueda, which I adore because I am a fan of Mr. Sanada and Shotaro Ikenami, and it tastes sweet, gassy, and fresh, similar to Tensei!
It was a smooth sake with little bitterness in the aftertaste. The aroma was only the first thing I smelled. The sake rice is written in large letters, but I could not tell the difference.
First time to try the famous "Yukino Kayasha"!

Ibaraki's first sake, and it is very delicious!
Purchased at a Miyazaki antenna store in Shinjuku.
It has little aroma and a light taste. It has a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, and I felt it was a sake that goes well with food.
I could imagine how it would be enhanced if paired with Miyazaki cuisine.
It was delicious!
At a newly discovered liquor store, I told the shopkeeper my preference and bought it. Of course, I explained that I liked Tensei...
When poured, the aroma is shallow. It was a refreshing sake with a slightly carbonated, stimulating, dry, and mildly sweet aftertaste.
It has a clean aftertaste, and I thought it would go well with a meal.
The aroma as it went down your throat was gorgeous!
I found it to be a gentle sake with a clean aroma and beautiful sweetness.
The aroma is gorgeous.
Today, I served Spanish mackerel grilled in Saikyo style. It is a perfect match.
I saw it at a local liquor store and bought it.
I went to see it because I wanted to drink a sake similar to my favorite Tenqing, and decided on the description.
It has a strong gassy and sweet taste like Tensei. The koji aroma is also fragrant.
Delicious!
I bought it from a sake brewer selling it in the liquor section of a department store.
I first drank Myokozan in Niigata because I liked the name and the design of the label.
It has a rich, dry flavor with a clean aftertaste.
We received a 2020 Niigata Sake-no-jin boinokuchi (sake cup) as a free gift from the sake brewery in Corona!
