I opened the second bottle of Tianqing that I bought at the brewery in March. I thought it was a sweet, full-bodied sake with a thick core, with an alcoholic kick and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. The atmosphere of the brewery I visited and the scenery of the town I walked through came to mind naturally.

I saw a freshly made one in May at an antenna store in Nara and bought it. It was one of the sake that I had wanted to try because it seems to be a standard item but is hard to find. The moment I drank it, I was surprised at how refreshing it was! It is dry, but the aroma is sweet and refreshing and very easy to drink! It was so easy to drink! I wanted a four-pack as well.

On the spur of the moment, I went out to the brewery and bought some! I also bought some homemade sausages from the store attached to the brewery and ate them together. The taste was really intense, and I had the impression that I was eating a mouthful of fruit. The carbonation from the brewing process came in the aftertaste, which was nice. It was a fresh drink. It's the Amasao I've been longing for, taught to me by my seniors.

Akatake, the legendary sake that made my senior colleague fall in love with sake. I finally got to see it! It's very refreshing, with a hint of koji. It doesn't have much ginjo aroma. It makes me want to have sashimi.

The aroma is moderate, the taste is medium, and I feel the bitterness and astringency of the aftertaste more strongly, but when I put it in my mouth, it is like a wine of rice. The label is also cool.

I stopped by a local liquor store on a walk and saw it chilling in a corner, so I bought some. I bought it because it was cheaper than Hakutsuru's freshly brewed sake. I feel it has a soft and fluffy gentle taste, but maybe that's because it's cheap. It made my dinner more delicious.

It's been a long time since I've had ginjo sake. It is very fragrant. It's light, full and spicy, and exciting. It is moist on the tongue and has a cloudy, powdery texture. I paired it with a Kiriko glass I bought at a local Setomono shop to prepare for summer.
