Pour it into a glass and start with the aroma. The aroma is unlike anything I have ever tasted before. The label says "reminiscent of lychee," and I wondered if this was the case. When I sipped it, I found a good balance of sourness and sweetness, with a clean and easy-to-drink aftertaste.

This is the first of a series of "Don't Stop Sake in Noto. I have two bottles in the photo, but only Takeba's comment is included. At first sip, I thought it was a bit peculiar, but as I drank it, I got used to it. The sweetness is not single, but complex.

I opened the bottle last night after getting drunk and had no memory of it, so I took a chance tonight. The carbonation is unexpectedly strong, which makes it spicy. But the elegant sweetness that is typical of Mita is still there. It was gone in no time.

When drunk cold, the umami and spiciness diffuse into the mouth at once. When warmed up, the umami and just the right amount of sweetness will make you happy. In summer, I like to drink it heated in a cool room.

Purchased at the brewery store. It is a test brew. It has a clean sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste. I haven't recommended it to the ladies at home yet, but I'm pretty sure they will like it.

As soon as it was taken out of the refrigerator, there was not much aroma and the umami was very strong. Even at room temperature, the umami flavor is still there. The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink.

We won a prize at Daiichi Sake Brewery's Hiya Garden! This year, Daiichi Shuzo started to sell the sake served at the hiya garden to outside customers, and I won a bottle for the first time. Anyway, it is very smooth and easy to drink.

Don't stop drinking Noto sake! This is Mr. Tani Izumi of To be honest, this is the first time I drink it in this project. Original recipe Strong carbonation. Sweetness, less umami, clean. Collaboration Elegant sweetness comes and goes. It will take time, but I hope the brewery will recover.

It is a test brew. It is more crisp than the usual Laughing Four Seasons, but not as acidic as TASAN (multi-acid?). It is not so sour as to be called "TASAN". It has a "sake yeast" feeling. It is delicious.

Reihou Nama Hashiroku Unfiltered Nama Sake It is a new brand. It is called "Namo Hashiroshi," but it is a light Namo Hashiroshi. The acidity is not too strong and is in harmony with the sweetness and umami. The brewery is also supporting the recovery of sake breweries that were hit by the Noto Peninsula earthquake at the beginning of this year. We are deeply impressed.
