@Beside the river On October 1st, Tokyo People's Day, we decided to have Shizengo by Oki Daikichi Honkan. I've had the instrument before, but this will be my first, so expect to see what it tastes like! The tingling and sweetness are nice! It's not heavy, so I can drink it easily! Is it similar to the musical instruments? I don't know, they're both delicious, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's a good price and will be a repeat customer. Good 😋😋😋

@Echizenjian It's been a while since I've been to a new liquor store. I was looking for Aki Agari from Sei Shuzo, but... Unfortunately it's sold out😂. The shopkeeper recommended this Mutsu Hassen instead. It's a sweet and tasty sake that you can't help but sip on. It's so good you can't help but drink it with gusto! I found myself drinking quite a bit of it, and while it wasn't refreshing, it wasn't overpowering either. It is a type of sake that is easy to drink, even for people who don't usually drink sake. Good😋

@bottom of the page The first of our family's fall sakes is Atago no Matsu Cold Wholesale! We pre-ordered it so we could get it before it hit the stores✌🏼. The temperature has been getting cooler and cooler in recent days, which feels like autumn🍁. It's a refreshing drink, but it also has a good flavor. The aroma on the nose is like fresh melon candy. There is a slight alcohol sensation right after opening the mouth or at the end, but it's not too much to worry about. It is a Junmai-shu, so it is best to let it rest and enjoy it. I know it is good to do so, but it is so delicious that I drank too much... I'm going to let the rest of it sit for a bit before drinking it 😶🌫️. Yum 😋

@Oikawa-san Toyo Bijin today. It was a label I've never seen before, so I bought it. The wine-bottle like shape is a little different from other Toyo Bijin sake. When we drank it, we found it to be a beautiful Junmai Daiginjo with lots of flavor. It's a very tasty rice juice with a strong Toyo Bijin flavor. What's surprising is how good the cost is. It's less than 1,500 yen, so I'm happy with that. I finished it immediately. Good😋

@Nonononon This time it will be my local sake, Daishinshu. The one I had was not a regular sake, but one that you don't see very often. Naturally, I had never seen it before💦. The sake was specially brewed at the end of the season for the first time in two years for the brewery opening in July. This is the first time I've seen it 💦 and it's the last sake brewed for the season. It is said that it is a Junmai Daiginjo class that uses Kinmon Nishiki, although there is no indication, and it was a sake with a high level of satisfaction that does not feel heavy even with plenty of flavor. It's been a while since I've had one of these, and it was so good, I think I'll be buying the regular sake next time! Yum 😋

@Kobayashi-san On the last day of Obon, I chose Toyoupai which I wanted to drink from before. Master told me that I should drink it if I haven't had it before because it just came in. I have no choice but to drink it 😎. The aroma is not as strong as I thought it would be, but it has a calm and elegant fruity flavor. It is a sake that fits the last day of the Bon Festival. I'm sure you'll agree. I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out after letting it sit for a while, since half of it is left over this time! Yummy😋

@multiples On the second day of the Bon Festival, we had the Wind Forest! When I took off the plastic to stop the stopper, the stopper blew up like a champagne bottle! It is still very fizzy! The brewer's comment is "We hope that this sake will expand the possibilities of sake in the future and become a door to the world of sake for our customers. Yes, I feel like I've entered a new world again! It tastes like it starts with a fluffy fruity taste and then finishes with a bitter taste. It's not like anything I've ever tasted before! It's so good😋.

@multiples On the first day of Obon, I chose Jyoshito Kuheiji! Not the original, but < La Maison It's a sake to drink at home I had to drink it! In the beginning, it was gorgeous, but not too much. The final taste was a nice bitterness that cut through the bitterness👌🏻. I can't think of any alcohol I've ever had that was similar to this, so it was a new flavor, but very nice! Good😋

Mr. @Ion I went to the liquor store to get some alcohol, but I don't know why they are all closed😂. I gave up and went to a nearby Aeon. Sawanoi was in the store. Since the Olympics are over, I thought I'd watch the closing ceremony while drinking sake in Tokyo! Sawanoi is stable and tasty, which is a relief 😮💨 Yummy😋

@Fukuhara Sake Shop Long time no see, Takachiyo! This time it's Takachiyo in hiragana When you drink it, you'll wonder if it's sake? It's got a nice tingly, gassy, nigori feel to it! From the color of the label, you can imagine the taste of grapes. It was very juicy with a grape taste. I think this is a sake that even people who don't like sake can enjoy! Good😋

The taste is refreshing, but has a strong flavor that goes well with meals. It also has that beautiful Junmai Daiginjo feel to it! Moreover, 2,400 yen is an unbelievable price for this spec... Good😋

@Beside the river I haven't had sake for a while, but it's been a long time since I've had a sake holiday. When I asked Mr. Hasegawa about it, there were a lot of options, but this time we decided to go with the instrument that focuses on the costumers! I've never had this kind of sake before, but the shop assistant said that Gakki-san is a sake that she would definitely recommend! As you said, it was a very high cosmetic product! On the day I opened it, it was really delicious with a fizzy and fruity aroma. It went quickly and was gone in no time! I enjoyed a good holiday dinner. So good 😋.

@ Mr. Oikawa Couldn't drink this Machida Shuzo because the pink label was sold out, but they had summer sake, so I bought some! The sticker that says "be careful when opening the bottle" makes you imagine the strength of the gas feeling, but However, when I drank it, it had a fresh sweetness and a gassy feeling that is typical of Machida Shuzo, and I didn't get tired of drinking it even on a hot day. I drank 3/4 of it in one day 🤦♂️. I need to be careful not to drink too much. So good😋

@Hasegawa Sake Shop I was looking for a sake that I've never had before. I was recommended to buy a bottle of Bunkeito's Summer Ginjo, which they say always sells out before summer arrives! I was told it was a juicy adult ramune and opened the bottle. Maybe it was because I was told that before I drank it. It certainly smells like ramune! Once you drink it, you'll understand why it's a juicy ramune for adults. And since it's a summer drink, it's good to be able to drink it smoothly ☺. I drank a lot of it! It's easy to drink and I found another good drink! Delicious😋

@Hasegawa When I visited the shop to buy a summer sake I went to the shop and asked for a recommendation. Akatake's summer sake was in stock, so I bought it. It was refreshing and easy to drink, just like a summer sake! I drank half of it at once because it had a good flavor too😅. It was a good evening drink this week too 💡. Delicious😋
