To support the recovery. A collaboration sake that we hope will never happen again. Documentation of the label will be provided. ------- To the reconstruction The Sakurada Sake Brewery in Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, was completely destroyed in an instant by the Noto Peninsula earthquake. The brewery's head brewer, Mr. Hirokatsu Sakurada, has been working to rebuild the brewery step by step from the rubble spread all over the area. This sake is a blend of miraculously surviving Noto Hatsuzakura Honjozo and Tengu. Profits will be used to fund the reconstruction of the Tsuneda Sake Brewery. Please support Noto Hatsusakura. Mr. Sakurada supervised the taste of this sake. Please enjoy it while thinking of Noto.

This is Sake! Nothing is swept away, it's The Sake. You can feel the four seasons, and it is truly delicious. It was a luxury to actually go to this place and drink it, to feel the history.

Autumn is the season for hiyaoroshi. I drank it with Nishin sashimi and it was a good combination. It has a mild taste and a beautiful aftertaste.
