It has a fruity taste reminiscent of pears with a soft lactic acid flavor that can be felt faintly, and although it is in the sweet category, it is not unpleasantly sweet. Even after swallowing, you can enjoy the lingering ginjo aroma that lingers on the tongue. This taste in this price range is indeed Akatake.

The first autumn sake of this year. It is very easy to drink with a round taste of rice and a good fruity feeling. I bought it at a certain supermarket for less than the regular price. I started with a cold sake in a #4 bottle, and thought I'd try a warmed one at the end, but when I realized I'd drunk it all.

The balance of acidity, bitterness and umami is good and it is easy to drink. The bottle has a crown with a hole in it, so be careful when storing it because it may spill if you don't stand it up.

As it is recommended to drink on the rocks, the alcohol content is high at 17-18 degrees, and the flavor of the rice is mellow. However, the acidity also helps, and because it is drunk on the rocks, it is very easy to drink because the flavor remains and the mouthfeel is gentle and flows smoothly. There is a goodness that is distinct from the modern style that sells fruity sensations, and I felt that there is such a thing as a variation.
