This is the first Shizengo that I bought because I like the instrument Masamune. It has a good balance of acidity and sweetness with a slight effervescence. It has a slight dryness similar to that of the Gakki Masamune, but it is more elegant than the Gakki Masamune I have drunk in the past.
I drank Mimuro Sugi Hana-Kyun for the first time last year and was impressed by its ramune like flavor and freshness, so I bought it again this year. The alcohol content seems to have been lowered, but this year's beer has more flavor and more weight. However, I felt that the ramune flavor was less intense. This year's beer has more flavor and depth.
I thought it would be quite sweet due to the low sake content, but it has a sweet and sour impression reminiscent of apples. The alcohol content was a little low, so it was gone quickly.
Instrument Masamune, all of them are stable and delicious. It has a good balance of acidity and sweetness, with a pleasant gaseous feeling and a moderate dryness. Personally, I prefer the green label Honjozo Nakatori.
You can feel the full-bodied flavor of the rice, but the mouthfeel is gentle, and the aftertaste is moderately enjoyable. The taste is different from the modern style that is popular these days. It's a little bit for the experts, isn't it? This is the impression.
It has a moderate fruity feel that makes it easy to drink.
Personally, I prefer the Yamahai Junmai of the same brand served at room temperature or warmed.
I had the impression that it wasn't enough at cold or room temperature, but it woke up at lukewarm or warmer, and the flavor blossomed. After trying it all the way through, I enjoyed it lukewarm.
It has a clean taste with an impressive acidity reminiscent of white wine. There is also a slight lactic acid flavor. You may not notice it even if it is served as a white wine in the latter half of a drinking party...
I had only one sip of this as cold sake, and the rest as warmed sake. It gives the impression of having only the acidity that only Yamahai can provide. The mouthfeel is gentle, and the rice flavor gently envelops you after drinking. It makes me feel like I'm in the lap of luxury. The sweetness comes through more strongly when the temperature drops a little and it is lukewarm.
The aroma has a soft impression with a lactic acid type. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the moderate sweetness on your tongue, and the moment you drink it, the fruity taste follows and the mouthfeel is gentle. The subtle rice flavor that spreads on the tongue after swallowing is also good.
Akatake's ginjo specs are good, but at 2,860 yen for a bottle, this is a great value. I'm sure I'll be repeating it.
I drank it on repeat. It's a great beer, but it's not the best. I will buy it again.
The balance of acidity is good and the aftertaste is refreshing. It has a moderate fruity taste, but not too sweet. The taste became milder a few days after opening the bottle.
I drank this sake for the first time two years ago, and at that time it was a little sweeter and had a stronger melon flavor. This year is the third year, and every year it shows a different face, but none of them are bad. Now, what about next year?
