I went to the Shiraito Brewery and it happened to be open for brewing, so I bought it through the drive-through system.
It has a sweet aroma, and while it is refreshing, you can feel the full flavor of the rice.
I think it goes well with sushi, but I think it tastes better with fatty foods.
K-suke Watanabe✨ That's lucky and I'm jealous 😆.
When I went to Shiraito Shuzo
"When I went to Shiraito Shuzo, there was a sign saying "We don't sell Tanaka Rokugo here.
😅.
I'd love to try it 🎶.
Rika.
It was just a coincidence ✨.
10/16&17 was the day of the sake brewery opening and I was lucky enough to buy it ^^!
Instead, we couldn't see the sake brewery or shop at the store, it was drive-through only😅.
There is no such thing as a brewery tour at the brewery opening, it is a drive-through system, it was quite a revolutionary brewery opening🤣
Even so, it's not easy to get hold of a bottle of Tanaka Rokugo, and getting it straight from the brewery is a great way to commemorate the occasion💕💕.
It has a plump sweet taste and is very mild without any pungency.
It is not too sweet, but it is refreshing and goes very well with white sashimi.
It has a strong aroma for an unpasteurized sake.
Very clear and mild while retaining a good amount of rice flavor.
It loses a little when paired with food.
I think this sake is best served with a light meal such as sushi or sashimi.
The word on the street is that it smells like pineapple, but I'm not sure.
It does smell like a tropical fruit.
The aroma is very mellow because it is not cooked.
The taste of rice is also very good.
