From the day it arrived at my house, it was hard to keep the lid from flying off when I opened it, but the lid did fly off, and it has a fresh, light flavor.
However, it also has an elegant flavor, and is a delicious sake with a recent Niigata flavor.
You can drink it as a midday sake or on its own, either way it's good!

The rice polishing ratio is 90%. When poured into a glass, it is indeed a dark yellow color. When I drank it with trepidation, I found that it had a banana-like sweetness to it, unlike the squidgy appearance.

This is my first visit to Raifuku.
As the name suggests, this sake has a touch of cherry blossoms.
I think it's because of the Sakura yeast, but maybe it's because I drank it while looking at the cherry blossoms.
It seems that Raifuku usually has a dry taste, but this sake was refreshing, but also sweet, and very easy to drink.
