I've been wanting to drink Kangiku since I saw HinaHanaMama's post, and I finally opened a bottle of Kangiku! ♡♡♡
First of all, the aroma is so nice! ♡♡♡
The taste was sweet at first, and then I felt a little bitterness from the gassy feeling in the second half! ◡̈
It's just like a spring sake, and it's delicious! ♡♡♡♡
And then we enjoyed it with our favorite conger eel sushi! ♡♡

First of all, the plum blossoms on the label are very nice. I chose it because of the label! (LOL).

I've never had old sake before, and the color was amazing! And it was made in 1988! Sake made before we were born! Amazing!

Yesterday I worked late again and had trouble cooking dinner, so I went to a local restaurant that my boyfriend is interested in. Apparently it is a place where you can enjoy beer and sake.
You choose from "fruity," "refreshing," "delicious," and "matured" sake, and then the owner will bring you three bottles of sake from which you can choose one.
We started with "Fruity. There was a Takachiyo among those brought to me, so I chose it.
Anyway, the aroma is nice! It tasted just the right amount of sweetness and was delicious! I was curious about Takachiyo, so I'm glad I got to try it! ♡♡♡♡

I had a hard time deciding between Kouei Kiku or Kudokyuu, but I had to choose Kudokyuu! ☺︎
It had a juicy aroma, but also had a nice sharpness to it! My senior who invited me for a drink liked it too! ☺︎
I didn't expect to be able to drink good sake on this day, so I thought it was worth working late that night! ♡♡

Miyazumi is my boss's favorite sake, so I ordered it! ☺︎
It has a fresh aroma when you drink it, but it is also sharp and delicious! ♡♡♡
My boss is a sake lover and I learned a lot from him! He also recommends a sake called Sora! I'd like to try it next time I find it!

He took me to a restaurant where he told me there was sake available! I had no choice but to order it! And I was lucky because they had just opened the bottle!
It tasted just the right amount of sweetness and was easy to drink! I knew it! ♡♡♡

I don't have a picture, but this is the sake I drank at a company party.
It was delicious with a refreshing sweetness.
The restaurant is an izakaya where you can enjoy tuna to the fullest. Sashimi of various parts, kama-yaki, chuboroshi... all were delicious and made me too happy! I was so happy!
I also ordered some albacore, which was so delicious I couldn't stop drinking sake (lol).
