At the monthly sake bring-your-own party 😋. Probably the first time to warm up sake since I got into the sake swamp! What the heck... it's soooo good! It soaks in directly... I'm not a fan of spicy sake, but even I could enjoy it thanks to the fact that it was heated. The moment I slurped it down, I could feel the richness of "the sake" in my mouth and nose! I think I'm going to be addicted to this one... I think this time it was probably about the highest temperature, but I'd like to try other temperatures with different sakes.

At Miura Sake Brewery's direct sales shop The most wallet-friendly brand among the ones we could taste on this day. (100 or 200 yen for 30ml) Very sweet and easy to drink! It's stylish enough to be easily recommended to young girls and people who are not familiar with sake without feeling guilty ✨. The second photo is near the ceiling (catwalk?) of the direct sales counter. The second photo is near the ceiling of the direct sales area (catwalk?), where bottles of successive generations of Toyobai are lined up in a spectacular line! The third photo is the amakasu mochi (sweet rice cake) that I bought with the brewery's limited edition houhai! Delicious!

At Miura Sake Brewery's direct sales shop The first and last were of course delicious, but honestly, this was my favorite of all the ones I tasted this time 😋. I felt the same way when I drank "Junmai Daiginjo Tobottori" from Tasake, a famous sake brewery in Aomori, but the mellowness or smoothness of this kind of pressed sake is my personal favorite. Like Domo Horun Wrinkle, they watch over each and every drop and deliver only the collected amount! 🤔? Drop by drop... Come to think of it, I'm ashamed to say that I've never had "sesame" sake (almost all I've had is Nakadori), so I thought I'd take the opportunity to try it, etc.... By the way, the second photo is the one I bottled to take home. *After this, I added 2,000 yen worth (lol)

I went to the Miura Sake Brewery in Hirosaki, where Toyobai is brewed, for my long-awaited visit. The main purpose of the visit was to taste the "First and Last" and to purchase the "Houhai", which I had always been curious about, but never had the courage to buy myself. After purchasing a tasting card, you can charge it to taste the brand of your choice. The card can only be charged in increments of 1,000 yen, so I had to do the math to make sure I didn't have too much left over (lol), and this time I tasted 4 out of the 8 brands! (*To be exact, we visited by car, so we bought a bottle to take home.) The first and the last was... a tremendous, clear, and tremendous taste😇! (I think it was 1,600 yen for 30ml? I bought 60ml of it) It's a special feeling that convinces you it's worth it! The label with Kichikuzo's handwriting is also cute 🤗. Inside the restaurant, the music video of "Rainbow" (*a cool song that was created by incorporating a folk song called "Hohai-bushi," which is a Japanese folk song) sung by Aomori's local idol "Rice Ball" was playing on repeat on a laptop in the corner, and the song was strangely addictive. I became their fan (lol). If you have a chance to listen to it while drinking Toyobai at home (lol), please take a look at it.

At "Kappo Misawa" in Odate City Perhaps because of its proximity to Aomori, the selection of tasake (rice wine) is unbelievable 🤤. But I dare to choose the Utou one 🤤. The moment you put it in your mouth, the elegant and gorgeous taste spreads out in a flash, and while leaving a lingering aftertaste, the taste quickly and pleasantly wears off 😌. I'm not a big fan of arugula, but this one was just as good as it sounds 🥳... 🥳.

On the day of the festival, I took the train to the "Miyagi Marugoto Hotarai Festival" which was held at the same time as the Matsushima Oyster Festival. I was surprised at my quickness and energy to seek out delicious sake that I had not yet discovered. I was not feeling well and ended up drinking only 5 kinds of sake, but I enjoyed them with freshly picked seasonal oysters, scallops, and freshly baked rice crackers (*big!) 🙂. I enjoyed it with oysters, scallops, and freshly baked rice crackers (*big!) 😋. I'm glad I went ✨.

I thought the same thing at the time of DATE SEVEN, but it is difficult to enter a sake made in collaboration with other breweries... 😫. The second collaboration sake between Urakasumi and Ichinokura The concept is solid and likable. Also, the frogs Urara and Kurara are cute 🥰. The sake was quite crisp, robust, powerful, and delicious!

After the sake party, we went to a bar owned by a friend of mine to meet a cute girl from Akita (*my friend). It just so happened to be the day of the sake party, so I thought, "This is a good omen for spring! I brought two bottles of "Sairai" and "Urara and Kurara" because I wanted to drink with everyone even though I only needed one bottle! It was my first time to drink Sairai, but it tasted fresh, refreshing and elegant! It was not as sweet as I had imagined, thinking that women were the main target audience, but it seemed to go well with everything...
