After returning from Osaka for the first time in six days, I opened the sake refrigerator! I must have been in a hurry and unplugged it when I left home for my flight. There was almost all the sake inside. It's too good to throw away, so I'll do my best to consume it. The first bottle is Shinshin, smells normal, tastes ok, delicious, but I'm not sure it tasted like this. And about 10 more bottles.

I was in Osaka on business, so I went to a liquor store near my hotel in search of sake not available in Miyazaki. It was my first sake from Haneya. It was a hazy sake, but it had a clear taste with a strong sweetness.

I picked up the label, which I had been curious about for several years, for the first time and brought it to the cash register, where the owner happily explained that it was a very labor-intensive sake, even though it was a honjozo sake. He said that because of this, it was not profitable and this was the last time he would be making this sake. The fruity, lactic acidic smell was delicious. When you drink it, it has the nigori rice flavor, sweetness, tangy, dry, and refreshing. I will gratefully enjoy the rest of the bottle.

When I bought it, the owner of the liquor store told me to let it sit for a while to increase the gassy feeling, so I let it sit for two months. There was no popping, but in the mouth it had a nice citrusy taste. I felt the fullness of the rice mixed with the lees. Snoqualmie is always delicious!

I was thinking that I would not win again this year because I did not win last year, but the other day I received it by courier. I am honestly happy (#^. I was so happy to receive it the other day. Inside the package was a notice that I had won the prize and a map of Japan with the names of all the sake breweries in the country (I couldn't read it). The smell is moderate, the taste is a little dry, and the alcohol content is a little high.
