A friend of mine who is a fisherman landed it in Katsuura, Wakayama and gave it to me as a souvenir.
It has a classic flavor with a subdued smell, but it goes well with sashimi and kakiage (deep fried shrimp), and is easy to drink.
I warmed up about 1 gou of the sake, which I enjoyed, but the two fishermen said they preferred it cold.
