I went to the Holy Land because the lottery had started. I was looking around with the intention of bringing home some summer sake, but there were so many things to choose from that I got lost. As expected of the Holy Land, the lineup on the shelves has changed drastically since last week 🍶. The one I chose was Yuho from Ishikawa Prefecture's Goso Sake Brewery. The sake is brewed in Hakui, in the middle of Noto! The label was designed by a high school student from Hakui, so it's very summery. It really stood out at the sanctuary! I had heard that it was dry, but it was well-balanced and very light. The aftertaste and lingering aftertaste were very refreshing. I thought I would bring it home again if I came across it!

I bought it last week at a holy place and was hooked. I went to Honda-ya in Higashimurayama, a nearby store, to repeat the purchase. As expected from Toshimaya's hometown, they had the best selection of yamori. It is delicious! It is my personal strike. For snacks, I bought sashimi at Uosankyu in Kiyose City on the recommendation of a colleague from Hokkaido. It was worth the trip all the way to Kiyose!

It is a local drink! I brought it back because the blue bottle stood out to me at the sanctuary. It is a very light summer sake that I never get tired of drinking. It is refreshing and has a gorgeous aroma! Igarashi is delicious! I ended up having a glass of it even in the light of day.

We opened a bottle of Soga, which we found at a local liquor store during the holidays! My sommelier knife came in handy! The label was about to expire. It has a unique mouthfeel that is not unlike sake 🍶. I believe it is a sake that will probably change the concept of people who don't like sake. I think this is the last time I will drink Sogape at home this season, so I will enjoy the changes little by little!

I went out with my wife to the all-you-can-eat tai-meshi restaurant at Tokyo Station, which was crowded with GW people. We stopped by Hasegawa Sake Shop. I bought a bottle of Kamezumi, which I had been curious about but had missed the timing to buy! I immediately opened the bottle! Oh, pineapple! It's just like that one! It's even sweeter, but I personally liked it very much! It's hard to find in western Saitama unless you go to Kawagoe!

I had to go out to Tokyo to run some errands. I remembered that there was a liquor store in the basement of Seibu, so I took a look while waiting for the La View to depart. I got what I was looking for, a four-pack of Machida Sake Brewery's four-pack. I was about to buy it, but all the places I looked had only one bottle. I opened the bottle right away and found it to be juicy, not too sweet, and very crisp. It is not heavy, so you can easily drink it. Personally, I feel a strong affinity with Igarashi! There were many fans in Ikebukuro this evening after watching the Lions-SoftBank game!

I knew they sold them, but I never encountered them in the store. The clerk told me that I could buy it if the timing was right! I just happened to go to the 100-yen shop. I happened to have to go to a 100-yen store, so I took a peek in the evening and... I found them all lined up in front of me. I was going to buy some crown daisies and go home, so I didn't expect to see them standing in line. I almost missed it because I was too quiet. It's corked sake, but I have a sommelier knife for deep reasons, so no need to worry. I immediately uncorked the bottle. The moment I opened it, the aroma was amazing, it was a white wine. I would call it a work of art rather than a sake. The best thing about it is that it is very cost-effective! I will enjoy the changes over the next few days.

I had missed out on buying Senkori Sakura, but found it at Ozaki Shoten! There was also a Sakura Blizzard, but I chose this one. The cherry blossoms are reported to be in full bloom, but it is still too early to tell. It seemed like it was just the beginning around Lake Tama and the Beruna Dome. The feeling of the drink is ahhh definitely 🍶. It's so spicy ✨. It's already spring!

The tingling fizz that is typical of nama-zake. o○. The aroma is soft and melon✨. The way it disappears is magnificent. I can feel that this is the sake of Shinshu! The fact that it's also easy on the wallet is a high point 🍶. Thank you very much for the food!

It's Igarashi with a special label order ✨. It is fresh and fruity with a light nigori taste. It is still light and light because it is 13% sake even though it is a pure sake! The distribution of this sake seems to be limited, so the frequency of encountering it is probably limited, but I feel that it is getting closer to that sake that represents Saitama! I wish more people knew about this sake 🍶.

I was able to come to Nanyo Brewery for the first time in a month! I was able to safely purchase THE MATCH and Hanayo Sake Lees. We drove from western Saitama to northeastern Saitama early in the morning. The scenery changes so much just by changing the area. Especially around the Arakawa River in Yoshimi is very relaxing! I drink it while it's fresh, no need to explain or comment because it's already HANAIYOUKASU. The precious Hanahyokyu sake lees still has the same fruity aroma ✨.

This is a sake from Higashimurayama city, Tokyo 🍶. I often go to Higashimurayama and Higashiyamato from Saitama through Tama Lake with Beruna Dome on the side ✨. It's more than I expected! Fresh, crisp, and the bitterness just slides right off. There is no unpleasant bitterness or other unpleasant tastes. You don't have to go out of your way to buy it in a sacred place, you can get it nearby. I think it is a sake that those who are addicted to it will be addicted to it.

I went to Kogure today for the first time since the end of the year. It's closer than going from home to work✨ The sake here is also very good. I have a feeling that if I stop by on my way home from work, I'll end up spending a lot of money ❗ That's why I can only stop by on holidays 😓. The one I stocked up on was Sairai. It's a local sake from Saitama 🍶. It makes a nice sound when you uncork it 🎵. The taste is fruity and crisp with no bitterness. This one is delicious and cosy, I'll buy it again ❗

It's an ordinary weekday, but I'm tired from work, so I'm opening it. It is a product purchased from a brewery on a weekday off. The aroma is more refreshing than that of Yamadanishiki. The pineapple flavor is also moderate. The bitterness is excellent. It is not heavy, so it is suitable for any occasion!
