I went to the Holy Land because the lottery had started.
I was looking around with the intention of bringing home some summer sake, but there were so many things to choose from that I got lost.
As expected of the Holy Land, the lineup on the shelves has changed drastically since last week 🍶.
The one I chose was Yuho from Ishikawa Prefecture's Goso Sake Brewery.
The sake is brewed in Hakui, in the middle of Noto!
The label was designed by a high school student from Hakui, so it's very summery.
It really stood out at the sanctuary!
I had heard that it was dry, but it was well-balanced and very light. The aftertaste and lingering aftertaste were very refreshing.
I thought I would bring it home again if I came across it!
