I just purchased the June Hanyo at Hanyo. I don't need to explain it, but it is as gorgeous and sharp as ever. The sweetness is moderate and I would like to let it sit for a few days to enjoy the changes.

I was so impressed with this wine that I drank it before. We opened the bottle with high expectations for this miraculous bottle, which is both modestly gorgeous and mellow... The aroma is a combination of pineapple and melon. Every time you take a sip and swallow a little bit, this aroma comes rushing back again and again, and the Huayouyasumi character is tremendous. Whether intended or not, it is like a celebrity who insists all the time that "this is me," and has a very clear character. For example, Anochan, lol. It is characterized by a fruity and juicy aroma of sweet and sour. It tastes like a mass of intertwined sweet and savory flavors sitting right at the core. The final taste is a bitterness and umami, and I wonder if it is this umami that makes Hana-yosu so special. I don't know if I should have let it sit for about three months but it was still a bit stingy, or if I should have drunk it sooner, but once again, I thought it was a sake that beginning sake drinkers would be hooked on! It is a delicious sake with a fruity taste that is hard to believe it is made from rice.

I was able to come to Nanyo Brewery for the first time in a month! I was able to safely purchase THE MATCH and Hanayo Sake Lees. We drove from western Saitama to northeastern Saitama early in the morning. The scenery changes so much just by changing the area. Especially around the Arakawa River in Yoshimi is very relaxing! I drink it while it's fresh, no need to explain or comment because it's already HANAIYOUKASU. The precious Hanahyokyu sake lees still has the same fruity aroma ✨.

It's an ordinary weekday, but I'm tired from work, so I'm opening it. It is a product purchased from a brewery on a weekday off. The aroma is more refreshing than that of Yamadanishiki. The pineapple flavor is also moderate. The bitterness is excellent. It is not heavy, so it is suitable for any occasion!

The first bottle for New Year's  HanayoYukyu Yamadanishiki that has been aged for about a year or so.  Strong sweetness and a hint of bitterness, very tasty!  A perfect bottle to drink on special occasions 🍶.

Next to Nama Nigori, a bottle of sake Musashi was opened.  A bottle made with local sake rice "sake musashi" from Saitama Prefecture.  Less sweet and refreshing than the other Hanaoyukas, with a slight alcohol taste.

We opened a bottle of Hanayokyu Nama-Nagori Sake, which had not been opened for a year.  The nigori is thick, thick and gently sweet.  It has a good balance of sweetness, sourness and bitterness, and tastes like a lactic acid bacteria drink.

 Hanahayo Bizen Omachi  Slightly sweet but with a strong bitterness and a weak pineapple taste  The bitterness was probably the strongest among this year's Hanahiyo-yoku.  Still, it was delicious and had the typical Hanahyokyu taste.

 Hanahayo Hachikan Nishiki  Slightly sour and bitter on the palate, with a moderate sweetness.  It is crisp from start to finish and does not linger on the palate.  I prefer Miyamanishiki, which I drank last time in Kahayo Kuyu.

 Hanahyori Miyamanishiki  I prefer this to Gohyakumangoku.  Maybe it's because I let it sit for about half a year, but it tastes richer.  The aroma and the sweetness of the rice is very distinctive of Hanahyokyu, and it's delicious.

Since only one bottle of Huayouyoku can be purchased per person, I also purchased "Ai-no-Sato", also produced by Nanyo Brewery. As one would expect, the gorgeousness of the ginjo-shu is diminished, but the flavor has a distant taste of the DNA of the Hanaoyosyu. It is a normal tasty sake. I may recommend it for its cost performance.

It's lukewarm, and the rice flavor and bitterness stand out, and the gentle alcohol and acidity give it a nice aftertaste. 1,250 yen is a good price! Sake rice -> Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio→60 Alcohol content: 15-16%.

Hana-Ayobi Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Original Sake Directly Pumped. We got a rare bottle. Last time it was Gohyakumangoku, but this time it is Hachitanishiki. It is said that the feature of Hatan-Nishiki is that it has a high aroma and a refreshing, light finish. The aroma is of pineapple. The taste is sweet and tropical fruit-like with a fresh juicy feel. The last Gohyakumangoku had a dry aftertaste, but this time there is no dryness at all, it is refreshing to the end, and the full sweetness lingers slowly. This is great. ★★★★★

Finally got to buy it from the brewery in January, finally got to drink it, Hanayo-Yoku! The aroma is just as you said, similar to pineapple! This characteristic fruit aroma helps make it easy to drink. It's no exaggeration to say that this aroma accounts for half of the real pleasure of this sake. The taste is a sweet and savory type with a strong caproic acidity, but surprisingly it is not too sweet and not too syrupy. Of course, it's not dry, but it's a clean sake with little miscellaneous flavors, so it's more refreshing than I expected. As a sake toast, it couldn't be better. If you're not a fan of sake, there's a good chance you'll enjoy this as an introduction. If you don't like it after drinking this, the last thing you want is a sweet and sour type. We prepared a bottle for a home party, and it was very well received.

I believe that Hachitan Nishiki is the "Hanayo-Yoku". Up to the third day after opening the bottle, the sake is too young to describe its taste, but from the seventh day, the overwhelming richness and depth of flavor begin to emerge, and I think you will begin to understand the value of this beer and its true role. Don't buy this in a 4-pack. Let the opened bottle sit at a moderate temperature, and when it is ready to drink, cool it down at once. When it's ready to drink, cool it down at once. It's best when the bottle lid clicks! Oh yeah, I heard that the brewery opening next March is cancelled. Good luck, Mr. Watanabe! ❕
