のんだくれI bought this at the brewery on the day the new Hanahyokyu sake went on sale. It is a little too light for Hanahyokyu, perhaps because it is made from Gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone)!
But it still has the Hanahiyo-yoku style.
Some of the people in line were looking at it carefully (lol). Hanaabi備前雄町 純米大吟醸 磨き四割 無濾過生原酒純米大吟醸原酒生酒無濾過おりがらみ keitaIt has a strong 🍍 feeling, refreshingly sweet with a slight bitterness on the finish.
It was my birthday, so I opened a bottle of Huayouyu that had been aged for 6 months 🍶.

The aroma is a combination of pineapple and melon. Every time you take a sip and swallow a little bit, this aroma comes rushing back again and again, and the Huayouyasumi character is tremendous.
Whether intended or not, it is like a celebrity who insists all the time that "this is me," and has a very clear character. For example, Anochan, lol.
It is characterized by a fruity and juicy aroma of sweet and sour. It tastes like a mass of intertwined sweet and savory flavors sitting right at the core.
The final taste is a bitterness and umami, and I wonder if it is this umami that makes Hana-yosu so special.
I don't know if I should have let it sit for about three months but it was still a bit stingy, or if I should have drunk it sooner, but once again, I thought it was a sake that beginning sake drinkers would be hooked on! It's a local sake, so take good care of it. keita Hanahayo Hachikan Nishiki
Slightly sour and bitter on the palate, with a moderate sweetness.
It is crisp from start to finish and does not linger on the palate.
I prefer Miyamanishiki, which I drank last time in Kahayo Kuyu. keita Hanahyori Miyamanishiki
I prefer this to Gohyakumangoku.
Maybe it's because I let it sit for about half a year, but it tastes richer.
The aroma and the sweetness of the rice is very distinctive of Hanahyokyu, and it's delicious. Countryman810Since only one bottle of Huayouyoku can be purchased per person, I also purchased "Ai-no-Sato", also produced by Nanyo Brewery.
As one would expect, the gorgeousness of the ginjo-shu is diminished, but the flavor has a distant taste of the DNA of the Hanaoyosyu.

Y.TokushigeIt's lukewarm, and the rice flavor and bitterness stand out, and the gentle alcohol and acidity give it a nice aftertaste. 1,250 yen is a good price!
