Like Koei Kiku the other day, this is the second brand we bought at KISSYO SELECT after careful examination. I was also attracted by the story written on the label and its passion. Oh, this is...! We are going to hold a pay campaign in Sagamihara City in July 2025! I went to KISSYO SELECT in Sagami-Ono, which is not so far from Sagamihara City. There were many attractive brands, and after much agonizing, I bought a bottle of Koei Kiku, which I opened as soon as I got home. Wow, this is not so much "citrusy" as it is "lemon". The tight acidity is like a fine lemonade. It was refreshing and delicious...!

I got 300 bottles at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in the Yaesu underground shopping mall when I went to the city after a long time. Continuing from the previous Kurosho Senjo, again, a slightly subdued tropical fruit aroma that does not go too far south, refreshing acidity, and freshness...! Oh, these are not Okinawan island bananas! I am also into Okinawan cuisine and have been drinking a lot of Awamori along with Japanese Sake recently. It is delicious. It was sitting in the refrigerated section of a local co-op and there was only one bottle left, so I bought it without a second thought. It was delicious! The first sip has a hint of sweetness, but once it crosses the throat, it is bitter and refreshing. I love it. And I was impressed by the coop's nostalgia..! I checked the brewery and found that it is located in Niigata-Tsugawa. I used to love the hot springs in that area (around Sakibana) and stayed there many times, so I feel nostalgic. I would love to go back.

At Yodobashi Online. The description said it had a "subtle aroma," but I thought it had a rather robust aroma and a classical image. At Isetan in Tokyo. I was caught by the super-limited sales pitch. I was surprised to find that the regular Ippongi is rather spicy (I am a sweet-tasting person, but I like spicy), but this one...it is certainly not sweet, but the aftertaste, the "bitter" feeling, which I wonder what it is...I like it very much!

Tasted and purchased during a brewery promotion at an electric railway department store in Tokyo. The tropical fruity aroma and rich flavor made it my favorite. It was consumed so quickly that the photo shows an empty bottle...lol. And the "Suiyu", which I was allowed to taste only because it was sold out, was even more to my liking...! I want to get it someday...!

At a local supermarket in Tokyo. I'm sorry to say that I thought it might be a souvenir sake, in a bad way, as it was brewed with rice produced in Hachioji! It was a little sweet at first, but refreshing, and the aftertaste was not too harsh for my liking! I looked it up and found out that while the ingredients are from Hachioji, it is brewed by Maihime from Suwa in Nagano. I also heard that they have hiyaoroshi (hiya-oshi), so as a resident of the Tama area, I will have to check it out...!
