flatsunAt a local supermarket in Tokyo. I'm sorry to say that I thought it might be a souvenir sake, in a bad way, as it was brewed with rice produced in Hachioji! It was a little sweet at first, but refreshing, and the aftertaste was not too harsh for my liking!
I looked it up and found out that while the ingredients are from Hachioji, it is brewed by Maihime from Suwa in Nagano.
I also heard that they have hiyaoroshi (hiya-oshi), so as a resident of the Tama area, I will have to check it out...! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
