At Shinjuku Keio Department Store. Super rare! I was defeated by the talk of "super rare!" and after tasting it, I bought it. It has a sweet taste, but not too sweet, and I enjoy it chilled. I like it.

Purchased at a Dentetsu department store located between Tokyo and Kanagawa, this sake was produced in November 2022, so it is what is called new sake. I am glad that Hokusetsu is easily available in Tokyo among the sake from Sado, one of my favorite travel destinations. It has a hint of sweetness at first with a sharp aftertaste. I can't stop myself from having another glass (drunk). I like it.

Bought a packet at a certain electric railway department store in Tokyo. This is...very delicious. The sweetness is clear at first, and there is no unpleasant aftertaste at all. It makes me want to go to Yamagata.... Learning about sake means that you want to go all over Japan...! LOL!

Kurogyu, which I liked from a one-cup bottle. I was beginning to hypothesize that a lower sake content would be more to my liking, but this was very tasty...! I guess you can't tell just by the sake level...it's a very deep thing...!

This one was also available online at Odakyu Department Store. Even I, a beginner, have heard of this famous sake. The first sip gave me an elegant sweetness that melted easily, but then I was surprised by the complexity of the taste...it was a magic ball of deliciousness.

Purchased after tasting at a certain department store in Tokyo. As I am in the middle of my sake training, I am ashamed to admit that this was my first time to taste "Oceto". It has an aroma of melon and lafrance, but after drinking it, it has a hard-edged "bitter" taste. This kind of flavor is also good. Sake is a very deep drink.

Purchased at Seijo Ishii in Tokyo. There is not much information about it on the Internet, but it has a low sake content and a refreshing taste. Tasty.

Purchased at Kuze Fuku Shoten in Kanagawa Prefecture. It is good to be able to try out a brand that you hear about but can't get very often.
