Purchased in the basement of Odakyu Department Store in Machida. The wide selection of products and the frequent changes in the selection make every visit a pleasure.
Among them, I chose this "Kifotsuru", which is delicious! This one is quite my favorite. It is fresh, fruity, and in a good way, has little alcohol content, and I drank 720ml of it in no time.

I finished 300ml in no time with its clear taste, low sake level (I don't know the real sake level because it is not written on the bottle), and clean aftertaste. Delicious.

Purchased at a certain "Sakagami" supermarket where the sake on hand often hits my taste buds. The sound of "arabashiri" is already cool. It has a slight gassy feeling, but when I opened it, I didn't feel any gas, so was it my imagination? Maybe it was the stimulation on the palate that made me feel that way...it is very deep. And it is delicious.

Purchased at a Dentetsu department store located between Tokyo and Kanagawa, this sake was produced in November 2022, so it is what is called new sake. I am glad that Hokusetsu is easily available in Tokyo among the sake from Sado, one of my favorite travel destinations. It has a hint of sweetness at first with a sharp aftertaste. I can't stop myself from having another glass (drunk). I like it.

Purchased after tasting at a certain department store in Tokyo. As I am in the middle of my sake training, I am ashamed to admit that this was my first time to taste "Oceto". It has an aroma of melon and lafrance, but after drinking it, it has a hard-edged "bitter" taste. This kind of flavor is also good. Sake is a very deep drink.
