The final dish is the Akabusan that you brought for us 😋. The label is also red, which is very thoughtful and stimulates the desire to buy! When I drank it, I found it to be a very robust type of sake. It's powerful! The sweet flavor sits there for a while, and then the bitterness takes over. I didn't know there was an Akabu like this! I thought I drank quite a few kinds, but I guess I need to dig a little deeper...

Aisan💘 This one also has a Daimine-like flavor, but is an explosion of sweetness compared to the Dewa Sanzan that we just drank! But I like the fact that it doesn't leave a lingering aftertaste 😋. The first sip won my heart over! If you are not much of a drinker, this one might be easier to drink! Maybe it's because I'm old, but I can't drink a lot of things that are heavy 😂. If I was younger, I could drink a lot... 😑.

We are drinking out of our fridge stock one after another for all sorts of reasons 😖. Today, I drank Dewa Sanzan, which I had bought because of the memory again of Omine Yamada Nishiki that I drank before! Every time I drink Omine, the sake is so beautiful... The aroma is like grapes, and the taste is fresh. The first sip is a little sweet and tasty, and then the rest of the flavor just disappears. The rest of the flavor and sweetness just disappears... 😳 Yamada-Nishiki is well-balanced and cohesive. Dewa Sanzan has more flamboyance! The name "Dewa Sanzan" sounds delicious to begin with 😆.

Next up is Sentori's Sakura 😀. I remember drinking a little of this one last year. What? I don't remember it was this good⁉ This one has a little lees, but it too is very mild and refreshing. It is similar to the Akabu SAKURA we just drank, but it has a slightly sour taste and is more drinkable. It is also very drinkable. It is also low in alcohol. I drank two bottles of this with a gubi gubi gubi, even though there were no flowers 😂. It's hard to say which one is better, but I think I prefer Akabu's SAKURA, which I was able to drink comfortably. Both were delicious and I would buy both if they were still available 😆.

Good morning, sibylla_tks😃! I haven't had either Senkori Sakura or Akabu Sakura for a while 😅I'm late to the party after seeing this review, but I'm eager to drink them again 😋.

Good morning Jay & Nobby 😊 I was going to bring it to a cherry blossom viewing but couldn't get around to it this year... couldn't seem to drink it at the right time so I opened it all at once 😂. It was so good that I want to drink it again next year!

I hope the local cherry blossoms have bloomed by now. I will probably go out of the prefecture next week to see the cherry blossoms this year, so I can't bring the sake I left for the cherry blossom viewing... No flowers but imaginary cherry blossoms, so I held a one-man drinking comparison❗ First, we started with SAKURA from Akabu, which I couldn't drink last year 😋. Yum! I like this one a lot! The overall flavor, sweetness, and acidity are all moderate. It is very suitable for drinking moist with low alcohol 😁. This somewhat lackluster feeling seems ephemeral and makes me feel relaxed. I want another bottle! I want another bottle!

I found Nichinichi✨ at a liquor store I stopped by while I was in Osaka last week for a concert. I've been wanting to try it for a while, so I got my wish! I've been wanting to try it for a long time and now I've got my wish 😄. I wasn't sure which one to buy, the one made with Yamadanishiki from a specific area or the one made with Yamadanishiki from the same area, The price was reasonable, so I decided to start with the standard one (with an excuse). It has a nice bubbly taste and is slightly effervescent! The fine bubbles floating in the glass are a sign of good taste, aren't they? The aroma is also clear and the mouthfeel is sharp. The fine bubbles did not interfere with the taste, but rather seemed to eliminate the slight bitterness that might have lingered on the palate, along with the acidity 😊. It was an urban sake that was easy to drink with low alcohol content and very sharply put together 😋.

The aroma after opening the bottle is just grape 😆. Pale grape color in the glass 😆. The taste is like a red wine, but it tastes like grape juice, which is awesome and easy to drink. The alcohol content is normal, but I didn't feel it that much. I would have enjoyed it even if I drank it without athetes, But when we decided to have dinner later, I got drunk at once... 😓.

Brewed with yeast No. 6 and rice malt collected from rice fields? Unusual sake brewed with rice malt As the very clear aroma suggests, the mouthfeel is very clear. The lingering aftertaste is a bit bitter, but the slight acidity makes the finish refreshing. It was a clear and mellow sake with a classic appearance and a modern taste 😀 😀 😯.

I got a bottle of the same KAWATSURU Olive bottle-fermented activated nigori nama sake, so I opened this bottle as a replacement 😋. It took about 20 minutes to open the bottle... Fruity aroma like grapes and muscat ✨. The bubbles are awesome anyway! I heard on some youtube that it was similar to Amaeru Frog. I think it's similar in taste. The fresh impression from the bubbles, the lactic acid sweetness and acidity that shows up in the second half, and the low alcohol content. Easy to drink like a non-alcoholic drink 🤩. It's a gorgeous sake, perfect for a toast! Of course, I drank it all at once 😄.

I feel like it's been a while since I've seen colors 😂. It has a new political flavor, but with a kind of calm atmosphere. It's not that glamorous, but it's something I'd like to drink on special occasions. ✨️

I went out to see the projection mapping in the newly opened arena. Before that, I was invited to visit Kotoko to compare Shinmasa and prepare for the tour. Unfortunately, I heard that the No.6 was empty, so I tried the other ones. I knew that Flax Cat was delicious and my favorite! The soft acidity and calm sweetness gives it...zero sake feeling, no matter how many times I drink it. This uncomfortable feeling of not working, it's special! I could only see the projection mapping on the ocean side. I wish I could have seen the projection mapping from the sea side, but frankly speaking, I would have liked to see it while drinking at the Sunport. It was beautiful, so I really hope they do it again 🌠.

I was looking forward to UA Sentori😚. I've never had anything other than the 2025ver, but isn't every Sentori since the Edo kaeri? I thought the Challenge Edition of Kaze no Mori was the best in sweet and sourness, but this one also has a perfect balance, although it is not as chili-like as the other one! It is hard to say which is better! It didn't last more than an hour... I can't wait to drink the Sentori I have in stock! I want to compare them!

The checkup is over and I can finally drink 😂. Today I opened a bottle of Challenge Edition, which I was planning to compare with the last time I drank Yamadanishiki! The aroma is quite subdued, very clear and clean. When poured into the glass, there is a fine foam typical of Kaze no Mori! It looks delicious just by pouring it into the glass! The attack is light and complex, but more than that, the sweetness and acidity are just perfect 😋. I also enjoy the change in taste of the chili and bitterness that lingers on the tongue at the end. It is like a cider, and I drank the whole bottle in no time at all 😨. I wish they would make this a regular item!

Good morning, sibylla_tks! Thank you for your checkup🍀. Sake after abstinence is sinking in, isn't it⤴️ New? I've seen a lot of Wind Forest but haven't drunk it yet 😥. And the review looks too delicious 🤤.

Good evening, ma-ki-, ☺️ After a successful checkup, I finally had a drink. It was sinking in 😂. The Challenge Edition was right in the middle of my favorite and tasted even better! It was a sake that made the drinker want to try it too!

Yamada Nishiki 807🤤 after almost a year. I had a picture of it but didn't write down my thoughts on it, so I ended up taking it home 😗 after seeing it at the liquor store. I never trust people's memories at all! I thought it would be more smooth and easy to drink, but when I took a sip, it was the complete opposite 😆. The finish was rather robust with a sense of complexity. The finish is clear and dry for some reason. The end was clear and dry for some reason. It's so refreshing! It was a fun sake to drink, with a slight gassy feeling at the beginning.

I couldn't buy it last year, but I got it this year without forgetting. This year I didn't forget and successfully got it‼️ I'm drooling just looking at the contrast of the separation... I opened the bottle immediately 🥂. The aroma is just as gorgeous and sweet as the appearance. Silky and smooth on the palate, with a hint of fizz. The sweet and sour taste reminiscent of strawberries and the touch of lactic acidity you feel later on makes you feel like you are drinking a strawberry shake... It looks and feels gorgeous, and I bought an extra bottle to take with me to Hanami (cherry blossom viewing) this year 😆. I would love to drink it with dessert cheese: ✨️

The last one is Aisan: ❤️ A pleasant chupon at the opening of the bottle: ✨️ And it already has a sweet aroma from the moment the bottle is opened! It's like you can already feel the juicy sweet flavor from the moment it touches your lips 😋. I think you will be very pleased if you can prepare it as a reward or something. We both compared the results and both of us got the same result. Yui no Kou→Aiyama→Yamada Nishiki→Omachi 😚. I thought it would be in order of cheapest to drink, but I was still impressed by the sweetness and deliciousness of Aizan. ❤️

Next is Yamada Nishiki😊. It is now more drinkable than the Yunokou 😊✨️ You can feel the umami and the volume. It's consistent from the beginning to the end of drinking with a lingering aftertaste. Beautiful but voluptuous. ✨️ This is the one that makes you want a entrée 🤤.

I have run out of space in my fridge, so I plan to consume it by comparing drinks. This time with different rice from Akabu! 😆 I'm going to start with Yunokou because of the order of release date 🥂. The aroma is very nice and the mouthfeel is very refreshing. I have an image of Akabu Jungin as gorgeous and juicy, but this one is clear and refreshing, but this one is clear and refreshing. If you are not conscious of it, you will find yourself running out 😅. I haven't had it for a while, so anyway, it's delicious 🤣.
