I was able to drink a little in the first half of October, but I can't keep up with the season and can't break out of the loop of buying new alcohol and then drinking the stock 😆. Now, Mizuchi's Blue. I bought it with green during the free shipping period, but it's been a while since I opened the bottle 🥂. The aroma is very gentle and delicate. The aroma is very gentle and subtle, with a hint of gentle rice aroma and a cool, refreshing flavor. The first thing that surprises you when you take a sip is how smooth it is on the palate! The first thing that surprises you when you take a sip is how smooth it is! The taste of rice spreads afterwards. The sweetness is subdued, and the umami spreads slowly and pleasantly. The acidity is mild without being sharp, and while it feels cool and refreshing, it also has a moderate body and is very drinkable. ‼️ Compared to the green one, the taste is a bit more voluptuous. Both are less boozy, so they can be drunk at any time of the day, regardless of the meal.

Finish up with a hard-to-drink swallow stone 😚. First, check the aroma, it's gorgeous, as if concentrated and full of flavor: ✨️ When you drink it, the concentrated flavor of the rice fills your mouth. ‼️ The rice is highly polished to a 35% ratio, yet it has the strength and power of a Kaijin sake. It is not only light and refreshing, but also has a sharp and firm acidity that tightens the umami, creating a good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity, all of which can be clearly felt. I want to drink it slowly during the New Year's holiday!

Kinryo Tsukihaku Ginjo" which you have probably had before 😊. The aroma is not too strong, very calm and mild ginjo aroma 🤤. When you drink it, it has a good balance of clear, glossy sweetness and a mild acidity that complements it ✨️ The sweetness is mild, but the sharpness gives it a clean dry aftertaste. There is no alcohol taste or unpleasantness, and overall, it is very easy to drink.

I chose the hiyayoroshi (hiya-rock sake) from the list! I chose Hiyayogoroshi, which I had a little while ago. The fact that it is distributed only in Kagawa Prefecture gives it a special feeling that makes me happy. The aroma is mild and not particularly showy. The smooth and mellow texture on the tongue is pleasant. The soft umami of the rice spreads gradually, and I wonder if the taste has matured and lost its corners after passing through the summer. Compared to Daiginjo, it is not flashy, but it has a rounded sharpness or a soft sharpness? 😆 It is good for drinking while savoring it gradually!

The event started in the evening and I was getting a little hungry by now 😋. We decided to drink a glass of Sanju Yumachi from Etsukaijin to go with the soba noodles sold at the kitchen car. Yumachi suggests strength and mellow flavor. ‼️ As I expected, I was surprised by its overwhelmingly thick flavor 😳. The rich rice flavor spreads powerfully across the palate and is mellow, yet the finish is crisp and dry 😍. Well, I can't drink enough of this...

Next, we chose "Mimosa Fragrance Island" from Shodoshima Shuzo, which we drank last year, but not last year😊. The most important feature of this sake is its low alcohol content (8%) and its surprisingly large sweetness (-68 on the sake scale), yet it has a fine balance that does not make you feel that it is sweet. Very fruity and gorgeous aroma, like a high quality fruit juice, sweet and happy. ✨️ Even though it is a sweet wine, it is not unpleasantly sweet that lingers afterwards, and the acidity gives it a nice crispness, making it a perfect substitute for dessert wine after a meal. It does not contain mimosa, but was created with an image of it. Combined with the sparkling label, I felt it was a sake for everyone!

Next is "KAWATSURU LIGHT" by Kawatsuru. As the name suggests, this bottle has a light and modern atmosphere 🤤. Low alcohol, white malted rice, water yeast 😳. My favorite element mashimashi: ‼️ It tastes like white wine and it's not just Swissy, but when it's squeaky clean, it's already there! I love it 😂. The acidity was mild and it went perfectly with the sautéed Sanuki Yume Pork that was handed out ✨.

It's a blistering October and I'm not sure I'll be able to keep track in time at all 😩. Anyway, here are some local drinks that I drank at an event that was held on a sake day last month. First of all, I chose "Kinryo" (second fermentation in bottle) Junmai Ginjyo (pure rice ginjo) for the toast. The fine bubbles were like champagne, but with the transparency typical of sake. The aroma has a fresh ginjo aroma with a hint of green apple. The aroma is very elegant and not too strong. As expected, it has a delicate and gentle chirichiri gasiness! Fresh slight bubbles are enjoyable 😆. The light sweetness and tight acidity are a perfect match. It was the right choice as a sake to start with 😊.

Now, I have a real show to do, so I'll make a quick visit to Shinsei 😄. I think I've seen this tangerine a few times, but this is my first time to see it! The label of this wine, Yamabuki, is perfect for this season, which is starting to feel a little more comfortable... I can't resist it, so I'm going to have some 😚. The bright acidity is very Shinsei-esque 😊. The low alcohol content of 13% also gives it a light impression! There is a slight aroma from being brewed in a wooden vat, but it is clear and easy to drink. It really is like drinking a white wine!

October 1 is a day for drinking! (I found out last year 🤣) I heard that there will be another event this year, so I joined it! Before the event, I stopped by Kotoko for the first time in a while 😚. I'm going to moisten my throat a little! I heard that the Tokujun that they usually have on tap is no longer available, so today I had a Junmai Ginjo from Akita Sake Komachi, which is new to me. ✨️ The gentle and elegant ginjo aroma is soft and gentle 💐. It has a full and soft umami, and the sweetness of the rice is well expressed, but it is very smooth without being cloying. It has an exquisite balance of sweetness and umami that gives a sense of fullness to the whole. It is a perfect balance of sweetness and umami that gives the whole thing a full-bodied flavor! I also like the Botteori (flabby) flavor of Tokujun, but Jungin gives the impression of being strangely glossy and easy to drink. I hope this will be a good opportunity to increase the lineup of Tasake at the store.

Next up, sparkling with olive yeast: ✨️ The delicate bubbles from the secondary fermentation in the bottle combined with the lees make for a smooth mouthfeel! It's a schwa 😆. The aroma is not that much, and the taste is refreshingly sweet and creamy on the tongue. The acidity that comes after the sweetness is also mild, and the smoothness of the lees gives it a yogurt feeling. It is low al at 12 degrees and slightly carbonated. This is an instant vanishable type 🤣.

I participated in the Station Bar at Kotoden Ayagawa Station, where the Ayagiku Sake Brewery is located 😚. Ayagiku also had a stall, so we started with Kunishige, which is sold exclusively locally! Unlike the Kunishige-san we sometimes drink, this was the expensive limited edition Kunishige-san. ⁉️ The ginjo aroma spread softly, and when I closed my eyes, I was surprised to find a gorgeous, yet somehow elegant aroma. ✨️ The rich and clear sweetness spreads gradually. It has a very refined flavor with no cloying taste at all 😋. The sweetness is not clingy, but quickly recedes, leaving a pleasant aftertaste that invites you to take the next sip. Combined with the atmosphere of drinking outdoors at a comfortable temperature, you can't stop your hands from reaching for your entrée. ‼️ I drank as much as I could.......,

When I bought Raifuku, I saw a bottle with a delicious color, so I opened it at the same time as the Awagura I brought with me 😋. I chilled it well in the refrigerator before opening the bottle. Ping! When I poured it into the glass, fine bubbles were rising. The appearance of the bottle is already very exciting! From the first sip, the light bubbles tickle the tongue as expected. The gentle sweetness and rice flavor characteristic of nigori sake spreads, but there is no sweetness at all. Rather, the refreshing acidity that follows and the crisp, clean taste round out the whole experience. It is like drinking champagne, but with the strange sensation of being able to taste the flavor of sake. It seems to go well with slightly heavier dishes such as fried food and cheese 😊. Today I had it with fried chicken, and it seemed to go well with it as well, as it washed away the oiliness of the dish. ‼️

I was curious about Raifuku's stag beetle when I saw it last year! The large picture of the stag beetle on the label is impressive! The aroma is gorgeous, like tropical fruits. It is somehow mixed with a slight citrus aroma that is very pleasant. In the mouth, the first sensation is a fruity sweetness that is just as impressive as the aroma and surprisingly smooth on the tongue. This sweetness is not sticky and disappears quickly. After that, a mild acidity appears and tightens up the whole experience. The aftertaste is clean and crisp, and you can't help but reach for another cup. It is fun to see the brewer's playful spirit and solid technique in the yeast used in this sake 😊. I hope to see you again next year.

It's been a while since I've had a drink, and it seems like I've got an engine? The third bottle was a bottle of Carrara Carrara by Clouds in the Mountains, which I had bought the label for! As the name suggests, it captures the sound of the wind blowing down from the cold windy mountains of Kochi, I hear, and it captures my imagination even before I drink it 😋. The aroma is sweet, with a hint of white peach. In the mouth, a light, fruity sweetness spreads first. What follows, however, is a crisp, sharp sharpness reminiscent of an empty wind and a slight bitterness. The sweetness does not linger on the tongue, but recedes quickly, making it very easy to drink. There is not much of a sense of microbubbles, but the light spread after drinking is pleasant 😄. This lightness makes it excellent as a food wine. It has a gorgeous but clean aftertaste, so it does not interfere with the flavor of the food. It seems to be easy to match not only with Japanese food but also with Western food. I was surprised at the high degree of perfection of this sake, which is produced by a new brewery.

ALPHA1 Summer Night Sky 😆 which I drank last year and was shocked, but disappeared fleetingly. I was able to buy it again this year 🎊 It's low al and 500ml‼️ will be gone in no time 😂. I was drinking Hello World first, so it won't last more than 30 minutes with two people drinking it, not to say seconds... When we started drinking it, we were like "Oh, this is it! This is it!" I remember how impressed I was last year, but after two drinks, it's already gone, isn't it? The Kaze no Mori is a bit different, soft and crisp. This one also has a little bit of a spodrilla feel to it. ⁉️ It was a short reunion, but we'll see you next year🤣.

In August, I was in a state of petit sobriety due to the hot weather and a cold that put me to bed... I've been a bit of a quitter since I've been sick in bed with a cold and it's been very hot in August, so I've been on a bit of a quitting streak.... But before that, I'm going to open a bottle of Hello World, which I feel like I've put it to bed too long! I believed the video that said it might be fun to let it sit for a while. I believed the video and left it there, but since there are two bottles, I should have drank one right away 😂. Well, I think I'll keep the rest for next year... When you pour it into the SHUWAN, it is a little cloudy and looks very pretty. The aroma is sweet and gorgeous, like lychee and white peach. Fermentation may have been completely finished, and the bubbles are slightly effervescent. The fruity aroma is directly connected to the flavor. The juicy and gentle acidity that is typical of Sentori fills the mouth. ✨️ A little spodgy? It is not only sweet, but also has a crisp acidity which tightens the aftertaste. It was a refreshing drink even during the hot season and disappeared without time to savor it.... Maybe I was right to drag it out until summer: ⁉️

Hello, sibylla_tks! It's been a tough month of August 💦. I'm glad to hear that you've recovered enough to enjoy drinking again🍀. I learned about Senkou-san's sake when I first started to visit Sake no Wa and I would like to try it someday 🤗.

Good evening, Kotaro! I'm back in good health, so I'm going to drink some of the sake I've accumulated during the summer drinking period! I'm not sure when to open the bottle if it's a limited edition, right? If you do, I'd like to compare it with the next version 😋.

It rained for the first time in a long time and it was quite comfortable from the daytime 😄. With the temperature dropping this low, my desire to drink is swollen. ‼️ Today we opened a bottle of Kaze no Mori Nanarou 🍾. How is Kaze no Mori really made with the newly developed sake rice "Nanarusu"? The aroma is gorgeous, with a hint of melon. When you put it in your mouth, the slight effervescence that is typical of Kaze no Mori will pleasantly stimulate your tongue. ✨️ Every time I drink Kaze no Mori, I feel a little bit irritated and irritated in my mouth, but Nanarou is a little bit moderate. The Kaze no Mori mark in my mind was still alive and well. It has a very good balance of rich sweetness and refreshing acidity, and is light and fruity. Compared to Akitsuho and Rohafu, I feel that it is more delicate and has a thinner line, but in my opinion, Nanadoro is quite good 😙. It is refreshing and light to drink, with a pleasant bitterness lingering in the aftertaste, and the overall flavor is nicely tightened 😍. I think I'll be buying this for a while!

I can't help but buy it when I see the delicious looking grains of rice...but...! I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but as the weather gets hotter, I seem to be drinking less and less. Last year, I saw some but didn't buy it because of the storage space. This year it was available and I succeeded in taking it home. 🙆‍♂️ It's a Omine sake, so I'm sure it's delicious! The slightly hazy haze gives it a cool feeling in this hot and humid weather. The aroma is very mild. The aroma is very mild, with elegant fruity notes such as muscat and pear. In the mouth, the first thing you notice is the full flavor of rice, which is typical of Yamada-Nishiki. ‼️ Elegant sweetness and a hint of acidity. This clear, clean feeling is exactly what you would expect from Omine. The bitterness that appears in the latter half of the bottle gives it a different atmosphere from the others. This is a good food sake 😋.

Last year I was able to drink but not buy ride's green 😥. This year they changed to Mizuchi, what do you think ‼️ The aroma is refreshing like fresh green apple ✨️ The mouthfeel is very light. Exactly green apple juice. No feeling of 5% alcohol. The apple-like sweet and sourness has the gentle sweetness of rice 😋. Last year I thought there was some kind of bubbly feeling, but this time not at all. The yellow one has a more squashy and gorgeous taste 😊. I thought this is a sake that people who are not good at sake should try 😄 It's a juice, so naturally it killed me in an instant 😓.
