It has been a while since I have had a Houou Mita and Yamada Nishiki hiyaoroshi. I bought the Yamadanishiki one because the shopkeeper told me to buy this one if I liked Koei Kiku. It was as delicious as ever. It was sweet and tasted like sake.

Last week at Takashimaya, I found Mutsu Hachisen, which is a very sushwashy looking wine, and the bottle was cute, so I bought it. It was sweet and sour, my favorite! It's 500ml so it's going to run low💦.

I finally got the Niimasa Flax Cat Spark I've been longing for at my local liquor store😍. I was told not to lay it down when I brought it home, so I was very careful. I let it sit at home for a bit and then opened it for the holidays! It was delicious! It was so good that it was empty in no time... I want to drink it again!

Last year, I drank one called Yoi no Kaze and enjoyed it so much that I didn't hesitate to buy it to buy Shinmasa! It seems to be a limited time sake. It's rather sweet, but the morning coolness was easy to drink and tasty too! I would like to drink other kinds of sake.

When I went to buy shinsei, I had to buy more than 3,000 yen besides shinsei, and after much agonizing, I bought 寫楽, which I had never had before. I was told that it is a common 寫楽, but they don't always have it, so I thought it would be a high priority. I only knew that it was a famous sake, but I found it refreshing and easy to drink 🥰.

I simply compared the two drinks and SWEET was better 😋 I have very little left, so I will try the 1:1 recommended by Kenchi Tachibana. I think it is mindlessly thicker than the 2:3 I just had. But they're both delicious!

This is Kaze no Mori made in collaboration with Kenchi Tachibana of EXXIL THE SECOND. DRY has a sake degree of +10 and is very drinkable. To be honest, I preferred the SWEET one, but it is also delicious. There was a mysterious measuring cup in the package, but it seems that blending SWEET and DRY is recommended. I'll give it a try!

I bought this to fill up Okayama. It is said to be made from Omachi using the ancient method of Bodo yeast. I don't know much about it. It's just regular sake 🍶. Sorry for my lack of taste💦.

I wanted to try WAKAZE, my first one. Somehow I picked it because I thought "nigorizake" would not be a miss. I wasn't sure if it was wine-like or not, but as expected, it was delicious. I had an image of WAKAZE as being from Sancha, but I was a bit surprised that the importer was from my hometown, Tsuruoka. I have to give them my support!

It has been a long time since we have had a Kaze no Mori, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. There is no reason it can't be delicious. It was delicious 😋.

I had always wanted to try Naohiko Noguchi's unfiltered unpasteurized sake, which is not so expensive. The alcohol content is high at 19 degrees, probably because it is a vintage. It tastes good, but it might be dangerous to drink too much.

Harujion by Koei Kiku, which has been lying in our fridge for a long time, was a waste of time, but I opened the bottle because the sake for the summer vacation will be delivered over the weekend. The label is damp due to spills from a bottle that was knocked over and stored 💦. This is a first for me, as it is a sake that was newly released in April this year. Unlike the Koei Kiku sake I've had so far, I thought it was refreshing, or rather, low in sugar content. It was refreshing and a little different from the usual Koei Kiku, and I enjoyed it 🥰.

I drank it before and enjoyed it so much, I had to repeat it! It's easy to drink and delicious. I opened the bottle yesterday, so it's a little less shwashy, but it's refreshing and easy to drink... I have a few more bottles left, so I'm going to open more!

I wanted to drink kijoshu, so I bought a bottle of Senkyu's kijoshu. The kijoshu I had before was very rich and thick, but the Senkyu one was thick but refreshing! It was a little different from what I expected, but I enjoyed it. They use last year's vintage naturals instead of brewing water.

Kido's Japanese sparkling made by secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from 100% Yamadanishiki, so there is no reason why it can't be delicious. 14 degrees Celsius, a little low al, and gently sweet. It was so easy to drink that I opened it in no time.
