MioI couldn't taste the Yamada Nishiki snocre, so I bought a bottle. When I received the bottle, I wondered why the color of the bottle was different. I wondered why, but it turns out that the rice used to make the sake is different. Today is the third day since I opened the bottle. I am not sure if the taste has changed, but it is delicious. Unfortunately, it spilled in the refrigerator on the first day of opening, when I stored it upside down in the vegetable compartment 💦 Upon closer inspection, I found that it says on the back that it can spill if stored upside down. I'll have to be careful in the future!

MioAfter the Koei Kiku, I opened a bottle of Hououmida Wine Cell with some vigor. I drank it once last year, but it had been a while since I last drank it. I drank a lot of it, so all I know is that it was just as good as Koei Kiku💦.

MioI opened a bottle of Kouei Kiku for my birthday! It was my first time drinking Hakutsuki and it was as delicious as ever 🥰. I drank it after the champagne, so all I can remember is that the Kouei Kiku was delicious 💦.

MioIt's been a while since I've ordered sake and it seems they stopped selling Kouei Kiku sets. I'm glad it's easier to find 😊 As usual, Kouei Kiku tastes great no matter what you drink, and at 13 degrees and a bit low al 💦 I opened it in no time at all.

MioIt's been a while since I've been to a liquor store that sells Shinsei and Tasake, and I bought this Junmai Daiginjo from Tasake. It's made with 100% Gin Eboshi, a sake rice from Aomori. I was lucky enough to be able to buy it without any restrictions on how much or more I had to buy to get it! I let it sit in the fridge for a bit, and opened it yesterday! Maybe it's because it's been a while since I've had sake, but I enjoyed it very quickly! I've only had the regular sake and the sparkling, but it's as good as it gets! MioI opened a bottle yesterday at noon with the intention of using it as a sacred sake. It's my first sake of the year, and it's a luxurious sake 😄 No matter what I drink, it's always delicious, with the typical Koyoshiku taste. I'm not sure what the difference is, but I'm sure it's delicious.

MioI bought this sake made from Milky Queen and brewed with black rice malt, wondering what black rice malt brewing was like, but I didn't really understand it. The label also looks like wine. It was sweet and sour and delicious.

MioIt is said to be a hybrid type using Miyamanishiki and Hitogochi. I bought it because I enjoyed the Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling of Nishinomon that I got as a souvenir before. This time it's not fizzy, but it's still rather robust, easy to drink, and damn good!

MioIt was a holiday, so I opened a bottle of Bijou's Usu Nikkori with gusto! Maybe it's because I stored it on its side, but it spilled quite a bit when I opened it! It's a shame, but it's lightly cloudy and slightly foamy, and definitely delicious! I can't get enough!

MioThis is Sensuke's first special junmai hiyaoroshi in a long time. The sake level is +3.5 degrees, light and dry. It's a little dry for sure.... But as I drank it, I could feel the sweetness. I thought it would go well with strong flavored dishes, so I paired it with sukiyaki. Compared to sukiyaki, it wasn't as sweet... it might have been a bit of a mismatch. As a sake, it's just plain delicious!
