Kido's Japanese sparkling made by secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from 100% Yamadanishiki, so there is no reason why it can't be delicious. 14 degrees Celsius, a little low al, and gently sweet. It was so easy to drink that I opened it in no time.
