When I went to buy shinsei, I had to buy more than 3,000 yen besides shinsei, and after much agonizing, I bought 寫楽, which I had never had before. I was told that it is a common 寫楽, but they don't always have it, so I thought it would be a high priority.
I only knew that it was a famous sake, but I found it refreshing and easy to drink 🥰.
