きっぺいThis is the second bottle of Yamamoto's different yeast. 7 Yeast was shared by Isshaku Suisei. It also has a grape-like aroma and astringency, but the bitterness is less than that of the No. 6 yeast, and the aroma is more gorgeous. It is very tasty! Both are delicious, but I think I prefer this one if I were to drink it by itself. I would like to try Isshaku Suisei next time.

きっぺいI bought two different types of Yamamoto's yeast. The first was the No. 6 yeast. It was brewed with yeast from Shinsei. The aroma is like biting into a grape, with a hint of astringency and acidity 🍇 The astringency seems to linger for a long time. It seems lighter on the second day than on the first day. The astringency is a bit of a problem when drunk on its own, but it is a good match for a mid-meal drink. I would like to enjoy the difference with No.7 yeast.

きっぺいToo delicious. This is the one that has stuck in my critical eye the most recently 🍶. Fresh, fruity and full-bodied? Volume? Body? I don't know, but it's good anyway. I don't know, but it's delicious anyway. I will drink a bottle with care and am sure to repeat it next season.

きっぺいMy favorite locally distributed draft sake from Banshu Issen! Purchased at the usual Yokatan. The label describes it as dry, but it has a fruity, slightly sweet, modern flavor. It is fruity, slightly sweet, and modern in flavor, not like honjozo in a good way. It has a slightly chili alcohol taste, but it is said to mellow as the days go by, so I would like to enjoy the change in taste.

きっぺいThis is my first Urasato. The rice polishing ratio is low, and while it has a strong rice flavor and junmai sake-like character, it also has a nice grapefruit-like fruity, gaseous, and cloudy milky taste. The taste is reminiscent of the steadfast Fusakogane. It is delicious.

きっぺいToday is the last day of work. I was busy until the end, so I opened a bottle of Yamanohisu as a reward for my hard work. It has a gorgeous raspberry-like ginjo aroma and a hint of gas. It tastes different from the dry sake I had before, but I think it has a similar light and refreshing quality. Delicious and easy to drink, the kind of sake that disappears in no time ✨.

きっぺいAfter a long overseas business trip, my desire for sake exploded! The first sake I drank in a while was Mimuro Sugi's new sake Ooragarami. I couldn't drink this sake last year. It has a nice combination of juiciness with a rummy taste typical of Mimuro Sugi and the milky taste of ori (rice cake). The aftertaste is dry. I will drink a variety of new sake this year!
