Well-balanced, a staple in our home.
Gorgeous aroma, good acidity and sharpness.
I love this handsome wine!
I'm also happy that the price is not too expensive.

I bought this for New Year's.
I have been to the brewery, but they did not sell me the yamori (although they had a variety of others).
Now, this was purchased at a relatively nearby liquor store.
It is fresh sake, so it is stored in the refrigerator.
It has a bitter taste when just poured, but after 5 minutes, oh my goodness!
The bitterness disappears completely and the mellow flavor and gorgeous ginjo aroma stand out.
It is so delicious!
It might be good to drink it in a wine glass.

This was the second bottle for New Year's Eve.
No, I had a bottle of wine before that, so it was the third bottle.
The three of us drank too much (beer was excluded from the count).
The wine was chilled in the refrigerator, but it tasted a little bitter when cold.
If you pour it into a sake cup and warm it up by hand, the mild flavor and rich aroma will bloom at room temperature.
It's hard for me to wait that long as a drinker!

I still love Hououmida♡!
A beautiful sake with just the right amount of acidity, gorgeous aroma, and dark flavor!
This is already at the level of a heart-stopper.
I want to drink it well chilled.

My favorite Kido, but sometimes with a different color label.
Karakuchi Kid is certainly drier than other Kido.
It has a crisp, clean finish, but with a fluffy, gentle mouthfeel.
But if anything, I prefer the Junmai sake with the red label.
This one might be better suited for summer.

My favorite Houou Mita.
I had put it in the fridge for safekeeping, but when my beloved man (my son) came home, I was so happy that I opened it.
It tastes fruity and strong.
A gorgeous aroma with no cloying taste.
Delicious~!

This sake is from the Sasaki Sake Brewery, the family home of actor Kuranosuke Sasaki.
This is another round sake!
It is mild and tasty at room temperature, but if it is chilled, it becomes bitter, so room temperature is a good choice for this one.
It is slightly dry and has a moderate aroma, but it is also good for women.
It seems to go well with meals.

Wow!
Is it an eight-grave village? That's the name of the sake.
I had it selected again at Asahiya Sake Shop.
The price is 1,715 yen.
It is a very dry sake.
It goes well with meals.
It is a junmai daiginjo, so there is no cloying taste.
It has a clean taste that wakes you up, and has a deepness behind it.
It is a good sake that men seem to like.

Purchased at the warehouse.
This is the family home of actor Kuranosuke Sasaki.
His younger brother has taken over the brewery.
There is a sales corner, and I asked the shopkeeper to select a sake that is not too sweet and has a low acidity, which is suitable for women.
As far as I know, it is the most rounded sake.
Well, it is round, round, round!
It also has a strong umami flavor.
I drank it with my girlfriends at the hotel.
3.9/4.0
I bought it in a bottle because I like it and it was quite drinkable.
Definitely a good mild sake.
Good on its own or with a meal.
Nothing sharp about it, and I'm sure many people would like this.

Purchased at Miyasaka Shuzo, a brewery in Suwa.
I was trying to decide which one to buy when I found a limited edition that could only be purchased here. I thought, "This is it!
It has a slight woody aroma and is very refreshing.
I thought it would be drier, but it was sweet and mellow for a Masumi, with a strong umami flavor.
4.2/5.0
I had it at room temperature.
I wondered if it would go as well with yakiniku as it does with beer or sour. I was skeptical, but at room temperature, it blended well with the fat of the meat.
The sake itself is neither too sweet nor too spicy.
It's good.

Purchased at the brewery during a trip to Suwa.
I originally liked this fan label series, but this was my first try of the summer sake, which is only available now.
It has a refreshing dry aftertaste typical of summer sake. I prefer the regular Ougi, but this one is perfect for summer.
This is a sake that should be chilled to a crisp!
3.9/5.0
This one has a label that looks like a summer sake!
The aftertaste is light and refreshing, but the flavor is robust.
Slightly acidic.
It tastes great when chilled.
After 2 weeks, it has a slightly bitter taste, so it is best to finish it as soon as possible.
