I bought it in a bottle because I like it and it was quite drinkable.
Definitely a good mild sake.
Good on its own or with a meal.
Nothing sharp about it, and I'm sure many people would like this.

Purchased at Miyasaka Shuzo, a brewery in Suwa.
I was trying to decide which one to buy when I found a limited edition that could only be purchased here. I thought, "This is it!
It has a slight woody aroma and is very refreshing.
I thought it would be drier, but it was sweet and mellow for a Masumi, with a strong umami flavor.

I had it at room temperature.
I wondered if it would go as well with yakiniku as it does with beer or sour. I was skeptical, but at room temperature, it blended well with the fat of the meat.
The sake itself is neither too sweet nor too spicy.
It's good.

Purchased at the brewery during a trip to Suwa.
I originally liked this fan label series, but this was my first try of the summer sake, which is only available now.
It has a refreshing dry aftertaste typical of summer sake. I prefer the regular Ougi, but this one is perfect for summer.
This is a sake that should be chilled to a crisp!

This one has a label that looks like a summer sake!
The aftertaste is light and refreshing, but the flavor is robust.
Slightly acidic.
It tastes great when chilled.
After 2 weeks, it has a slightly bitter taste, so it is best to finish it as soon as possible.

I asked a liquor store that handles a lot of rare items, "Do you have any rare ones? He recommended this bottle to me.
Is this the yeast used for Shinsei No. 6?
It has a gorgeous aroma, fruity and umami.
It is very rich!

If you pass by the Yamana Shuzo brewery, you have to buy it.
Since I bought it in May, I was given a selection of good lukewarm sake, but I ended up drinking most of it cold.
It is a robust dry sake that would be good as a food sake.
As the temperature rises, the bitterness becomes stronger, so drink it cold.
It would also be good warmed up.

I told him what I liked and asked him if he had anything unusual. and this is what he recommended.
Summer sake! It has a refreshing sharpness, but it is also deep and thick.
It is a strong sake, but not too strong.
The sweetness is a little subdued.
It tastes great when chilled to a crisp!

Everyone knows Otters.
Many of you may have fallen in love with sake because of it.
It is fruity, crisp, and very clean drinking sake.
It seems to be a good substitute for white wine.
It is a good sake that even people who don't like sake will like, although it will not be enough if you keep drinking it all the time.

Mouth opening shrieking and fizzy.
Slightly bitter only in the first 5 minutes, the rest is very clear and pure.
Yummy!
The slightly effervescent bubbly sensation lasted until the next day.
A great favorite!

Brilliant and sharp.
Fruity. Apple juice-like sweetness and aroma.
It is a beautiful sake with no cloying taste, but it is a little too sweet for me, so it is good to drink a little as an after-dinner drink.
Or a small amount before a meal.

When you travel to Hyogo Prefecture, you want to drink the local sake, don't you?
Although polished, it has a somewhat rugged impression.
It also has a robust flavor.
You may want to try heating sake with something a little less polished.
Purchased for 1,650 yen at the Sakamoto Sake Shop in Kinosaki Onsen.

It is a small size of 300ml.
Slightly sweet nigori sake.
It has a round taste with a slight bitterness.
It tastes better when chilled.
After drinking a beer and a bottle of sake at an izakaya, I'll let it go like this lol.
