Koshu Plum is a plum saké ideal as aperitif or dessert drink. Made with junmai Saké It’s a “ume-shu” version maré ny Takara USA. Rico with a long lasting plum flavour, aromas of candied plum and cherry . The palate is sweet but not cloying with flavors of plum, black sherry and lots of almonds in a lingering finish.

One of the best Brazilian Saké. It’s from a giant beverages of all world, I’m talking about Diageo. It’s crispy, light and pleasant. I paired it with Iwashi no Takikomi gohan. Wonderful!
