marinThe taste changes from a clean, fresh, pear-like flavor to a mild sweetness that slides smoothly down the throat. It was as if I was drinking nama-shu, but this time it was not. And yet this freshness...genius. Ummm...this is amazing. It's famous, that's for sure. This is a really powerful sake.
