Very tasty 😋. The rice is so delicious and voluptuous👍 This is my personal favorite 100% Aizan sake ❤️ No fruitiness, just simple rice flavor. I like unfiltered raw sake, but Ona is the best ‼️ 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Akabu's new sake 🌟 100% Iwate Ginga rice A mild sweetness fills the mouth along with a sense of gas! It's not so much sharp as it is gentle on the throat... I would call it a milky sweetness 🤔. At a temperature of about 10℃, a slight sourness comes out and the milky feeling increases👍 Delicious for sure 👏. I want to drink this sake slowly in the coming season 🤗.

Grapefruit-like acidity, sweetness and bitterness, with just a hint of gasiness. Not too heavy, not too light. I was expecting so much, and I'm just so impressed 🥹. I'm not sure if I'd be disappointed if it had a hint of alcohol, but it's good that it doesn't at all 🤗. Snow goddess of sake rice, divine👍. I will treasure this precious bottle.

I can't find the kanji for the brand name 🙄. It seems to read "kokoku." Polishing ratio 80%. This is the highest rice polishing ratio I've ever had. But the flavor of the rice is so delicious. You can drink it with only pickled daikon radish 🤗. It's a little yellow 🍶. Tamakae 100% I heard that young people brew sake here by making it from rice. No doubt👍. Here's to local sake 🍶👍

Sake rice: 100% Yumenokou Alcohol content: 12 Never too light, but refreshing. Maybe it's because I drank Tsuchida Namahashiroshi earlier? It is easy to drink 🙄. Easy to drink with a slight next generation feel 🍶. It has a pineapple sweetness and some gasiness. I'd like to compare this series 🤗

A bottle I wanted to drink 🍶. First of all, I drank it cold. It has no bitterness at all and has a great balance of acidity and umami. ‼️ Too delicious 🤗 Strong acidity from lactic acid fermentation 💪. The calm taste is soothing. Hooray for warm and refreshing sake 🍶🙌 Hot sake, the aroma is more fragrant and the taste is softer. Cold is my favorite. One of the best 3 sake I've had this year 🍶.

13% alcohol by volume Fruity sweetness spreads quickly in the mouth with a light aftertaste👍 Easy to drink⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Richness⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You don't feel any alcohol at all🤗. This is the devilish sake 🍶. Three days after opening the bottle, I heard a pop when I opened the cork. It tastes a bit like a lactic acid drink and I enjoyed the slightly casual taste 🙃. I love it!

Do not overcool: ⚠️ Keep refrigerated at 3 degrees for stronger bitterness! Mildness stands out at wine temperature 🍷. Clean taste that would go well with seafood, less flamboyant. Slight pineapple sweetness. A taste of autumn that you will never get tired of 👅. Will repo again in 3 days. 3 days after opening the bottle Slightly more square. The sourness of the pineapple had softened. I prefer ⭐️⭐️⭐️(normal) 🙄.

I forgot to take a picture of the case 🙄. A glass of sake 🍶 that I got while out for a drink. Too refreshing, like water💦. Can be served with or without sake 👌 No fruity flavor, but 40% rice flavor. No alcohol taste, no bitterness, no eginess.

Sake that was given to me as a souvenir🍶. It's not bad, with a big pure sake presence 🫢. It's not the fruity, acidic type that's all the rage, but it's not bad either. I was afraid to try it, but it's good with a little salted fish or kelp tsukudani 👍. It can be served cold or warmed up 🤗.

I chilled it too cold and it got bitter 😓. Raise the temperature to wine level and it's something else 💕 The mild rice flavor comes through and it's delicious 🍶. A very well-rounded sake 🍶. Personally I like ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (max⭐️5) I could see it tasting great warmed up 👀.

I was looking forward to this, hiyaoroshi: ‼️ It has a pineapple peachy fruit aroma and sweetness that spreads quickly on the palate and has a smooth mouthfeel 👍! I had the iburi gakko with cheese and it was a great meal! Cream cheese goes well with it. ⁉️ I'll have a nice sake to exorcise the bad luck during the day today 🍶. p.s. Nagatanien's bean-curd vermicelli goes so well! I hope you give it a try 🤣.

A classic winter drink 🍶. We love to have it warmed up every year ❤. The rice flavor is so calm and the higher the temperature, the more delicious it becomes 🤗. I think even beginners 🍶 of heated sake can enjoy it 👍 I like everything from cold to warmed sake! Any snacks go well with it, but for me it would be pickles, blue cheese and eggplant with sesame paste 🤫.

Limited distribution product A crossbreed of Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Manzai The flavor and aroma are so gorgeous and intoxicating 🤗. I was attracted by the fact that it is a crossbreed of three different types of rice... 100% Yamada Nishiki Slightly cloudy yellow color. Melon-like sweetness with the square flavor of Yamadanishiki and grapefruit bitterness in the aftertaste. A smooth and tasty sake 🍶. I used to live in Suzuka, but I hardly drank sake back then .... I regret it 🙄.

First time I bought a two year aged sake🤗. Just a little cloudy, mellow caramel-like sweetness, no sharp sharpness. This is not half as luxurious 🫣 soft and elegant 🍶. This sake is not too cosy ⁉️ I read that it goes well with smoked oysters, and that's exactly what it is! We don't have anything fancy at home, so I'll have canned sardines in oil.
