The first bottle of this year's commemorative bottle is Kaze no Mori🍶.
We were nervous to open the bottle as it was the first time we had ever seen this sake ⛩.
It has a refreshing sweetness and a nice sharpness that makes it a good sake for a meal!
We don't eat osechi, so tonight we're having kasu-jiru (sake lees soup) with lots of ingredients, homemade pickles, and Kentucky chicken 🤗.
