Not too sweet, not too spicy, elegant and delicate
It is natural that the taste of food that is rich in flavor and oily is better suited for me than the taste of food that has a good broth and umami.
Pork kashira with garlic and soy sauce did not go well with this dish.
Light-flavored takuan (radish) and bamboo shoots are perfect!
It's not my number one favorite no matter what time of day I drink it, but it always satisfies me.
Every time I pour the sake, it makes a popping sound and I feel the sake is alive.
