I bought this one year old sake because it was on sale at a discount.
It is so mellow that it is hard to believe it is a regular sake, and it has a perfect sense of maturity.
I think it is better to drink cheap sake after it is matured.
It is not a freshly made sake, so I cannot give an accurate evaluation of the taste, but I enjoyed it very much.
