I bought this sake while in Hyogo at the end of last year.
I had never heard of this sake brewery, but it was cheap, so I bought it. It cost about 2,600 yen per bottle.
It is quite light, refreshing, sweet and sour, but finishes with a slight bitterness.
I think it is less distinctive than other sake from Hyogo.

I haven't seen them since last year's HYOGO SAKE EXPO.
I tasted the following
Junmai Namaiginjo Kamiyui
Junmai Ginjo Tamashizuku Nigori Sake
The Namaiginjo had a classic feel but was also easy to drink.
The nigori sake was smooth and refreshing.
It was neither sweet nor spicy 🤔.
I think Kamiyui is basically rare, so I bought the 300ml Ginjo Nama.
