It is a moderately dry sake, and the meal goes on and on. I would like to pair this with sashimi. I bought some walleye and served it with sashimi, and it went well with it! It is not a modern sake, but it is a dry sake with a strong dry taste. This kind of sake is also important.

I bought it immediately when I saw it on sale at Direx for 2,000 yen per bottle! I've always preferred Kenrishi as a heated sake, but it's quite tasty chilled as well. It has just the right amount of maturity and sweetness, and the tanginess of the aluzoe is irresistible!

It's been a long time since I wanted to drink a cold dry sake because it's so damn hot. The great thing about the very dry sake is that it goes well with sashimi. I don't think it will be popular with young people, but it is a good sake that goes well with food.

Yamazan does not disappoint. This is the third bottle following Yamae-Nishiki and Hitogokotchi, and this one has a crisp, dry finish. The slight bubbles are pleasant, and it is moderately dry, so it goes well with meals. However, I think Hitogokochi is better in terms of cost performance. It was 3,000 yen for a bottle, but this one was 3,700 yen. I am looking forward to the next sake.

I found it on sale at Donki for around 1700 yen per bottle, so I bought it. I love sake here. However, I was worried because it was my first time drinking regular sake, but there was no problem at all! When heated up, the umami flavor expands and it is very tasty. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy, making it a passable everyday evening sake. I didn't expect this level of quality from a regular sake. As expected from Sawanoi!

The Yamae Nishiki I drank the other day was really good, so I bought this one, which is now fire-aged. Although it is fire-aged, it tastes almost as good as the unfiltered draft! The sweetness and gasiness that reminds me of lychee is great. I think this one might be more cosy. I'll be a repeat customer.

I happened to find it at a liquor store I stopped by. I had never heard of this brand, but I was shocked when I took a sip. The sweetness reminiscent of lychee and the gasiness were a perfect match! It was not too sweet and went right into my body. This is the kind of sake I wanted to drink. It seems that the brewery has been dormant for a while, but I hope to see more of their sake in the future, as it has tremendous potential.

Sawanoi's Junmai sake was delicious, so I bought the regular sake. As expected, it is a very cost-effective sake, with a clear, dry taste, but with a good umami flavor. While there are many ordinary sakes that are not very drinkable, I really appreciate this sake that caters to the average person. I bought a large quantity of this sake at Donki for about 1,700 yen a bottle and drink it every night.
