I haven't been posting on my timeline lately. But I haven't been slacking on my sake drinking. It's a little bit old, but it's Tasake Kijo sake. It's a very sweet sake, even thick. My wife is not a big sake drinker, but she said it was easy to drink. It was a very satisfying and delicious sake!

Junmai Daiginjo of Kubota. I've had Senju, Hekiju, etc., but I've never had this, so I bought it. I drank it immediately. It's very refreshing and easy to drink. I drank up the whole bottle in no time.

Because it was origari, it was a little tart and thick and delicious. Crisp and sharp is good, but origarami is also delicious this time of year!

I've never had Kaze no Mori before, but every time I see comments on this site about people drinking it, I get curious. I still had some in stock at home, but I tried it that night. It's refreshing, but also has a sweetness that makes it easy to drink. It's easy to drink, even for women who don't like sake.

I bought another bottle at the liquor store where I bought Daishinshu. The Daishinshu was empty in no time, so I started to drink this one too! This one was also very easy to drink and delicious!

It was recommended by the owner of the liquor store I visited for the first time. It was my first time drinking this brand, and it was delicious. I don't think there are many nigori-shu with foam, so it was a good experience. On the day we visited the liquor store, tuna medium fatty tuna was 500 yen, so we bought it as a snack and enjoyed it with our sake!

Since I drank it when I used to work in Nagoya. It's not easy to find, but I bought it because it was in the store. It's still good. I heard that the bottle was empty in one day or not.

I bought this because I remembered drinking it in Kyoto before Corona. It was tangy but easy to drink, and at this time I had it with grilled chicken as a snack.

We ran out of sake that we had stocked up on over the New Year's holidays, so we went shopping for some more over the three-day weekend. When I was looking around, I found a bottle of Kuroryu. I bought it because I hadn't had it for a long time, and when I tried it, I knew it was stable and delicious. On this day, we had Takowasa as a snack, but it seems to go well with meat oil. Before I knew it, the four-pack bottle was empty! Thank you very much for the food. We'll post the other sake we bought when we've finished drinking it.

It is sweet and easy to drink. It is easy to drink when you put it in your mouth, but after that it spreads in your mouth and the aftertaste is amazing. The four-pack bottle was empty in no time at all! Why is that? It's just that it's so delicious and easy to drink! It was great!

The second sake for the New Year's holiday After Nigori sake, we chose this one. The snack is vinegared Mamakari and Ninikurage. It's dry and easy to drink, and goes perfectly with the snacks. We were planning to have our last dinner on 1/3, but we ran out, so we had to go out and buy more sake!

The first sake for the New Year's holiday Since it's the end of the year and the beginning of the new year, we decided to make a nigori sake for the first bottle. It is a dry sake with a strong carbonation. When I first opened the bottle, I thought it was too carbonated, but after a while it became just right. It was so easy to drink that I finished it in no time!

I forgot to post this, so here's one I drank a while back. I got a set of three bottles of Kido (Junmai-shu, Junmai-Ginjo, Junmai-Daiginjo) from Hometown Taxation, and we compared them. The Junmai Daiginjo is of course delicious, but the Junmaishu is actually the most delicious, just like Kido. It was just a luxurious way to compare.

Together with Shinsei No6. The Shinsei tastes like white wine and the Tamagawa tastes like champagne. The crisp dry taste of sparkling wine and the tingling sensation on the tongue was fantastic. When I drank it with the Shinsei, it was really like wine, a great combination of both.

At lunch with my friend and his wife, I found the Shinsei to be delicious. It had a refreshing, slightly sour taste, with a touch of white wine and a sweetness of rice, and we drank it in no time. One bottle wasn't enough, and I also emptied the microbubbles of the Tajima sake. Here's another post.
