The first sake for the New Year's holiday
Since it's the end of the year and the beginning of the new year, we decided to make a nigori sake for the first bottle.
It is a dry sake with a strong carbonation.
When I first opened the bottle, I thought it was too carbonated, but after a while it became just right.
It was so easy to drink that I finished it in no time!
