It was recommended to me and I bought it. I had it on the rocks in a wine glass with ice. Because of the high alcohol content, it was not thin and watery even if we drank it on the rocks, and it was delicious. It's sake, but it also has a shochu or awamori feel to it, giving it a slightly strange mouthfeel. Not to mention the fact that it was only 500㎖, so it was all emptied in no time at all lol!

I went to the liquor store to look for a summer sake and bought this one along with Yamakawa Pork Man. This one had a strong sweetness, and even a little bit of a thick taste, and the taste of sake seemed to explode in my mouth. However, it also had a strong aftertaste and was a big hit for me personally! In the end, we finished it in one day, and thank you for the treat!

I drank it with Samgyeopsal. Although it had a sweet taste, it was not too sweet and was not overpowering in a good way. It was easy to drink, with a refreshing taste that didn't drag too much afterwards. The sweetness of the pork oil like Samgyeopsal and the clean taste and aftertaste of the sake went very well together.

I bought it on impulse at a liquor store I often go to, because of the stylish label and the fact that it was slightly fizzy. Speaking of Saga Prefecture, I only knew Nabeshima, but how delicious it was when I tried it. In addition to the slight foaming, it has a spiciness and a slight sweetness that I never get tired of drinking! Once again, I learned about the depth of sake!

This sake is only available at Haneda Airport. It's made by Tokyo's Toyoshimaya Shuzo. The emergency declaration has been extended, but I had to go back to my parents' house in Hokkaido, so I chose this as a souvenir for them!

I bought it because it was advertised in a supermarket I happened to go into and it was served in the first class of airplanes, etc. It was delicious. I also bought some sashimi of amberjack at the same supermarket for snacks. It was a very fatty sashimi, so it was a perfect match with sake!
