I found this doburoku in Nagano, Akita, Japan!
I had had it before and enjoyed it, so I was eager to try it again! I had been hoping to find it at a grocery store near my wife's parents' house.
The moment I opened the bottle, I heard the sound of carbonation.
The sound of the carbonation popping when you pour it out.
It is neither amazake nor nazake.
However, there is also the aroma of rice behind the sweetness.
It's delicious!
I'm going to work hard from tomorrow. It all happened so fast, didn't it?

Purchased at a liquor store in Tajimi.
As is typical of Natsugin, it is light. However, unlike the brewed type, it remains mellow.
It also has some kind of fruit aroma.
I can't connect it immediately, though.
The calories I consumed at Monomiyama today have been recovered with soba noodles, ohagi (rice cakes), and sake.

On the way back from a previous trip to Yamanashi to see peach blossoms, I took the trouble to go down the road and buy some. There was no Tuan.
It is a good sake for everyday drinking!
Freshness, sake acidity and sharpness remain at the end.
