Spent the New Year's holidays at my parents' house in Hiroshima 😊. My first drink of the year was a Takekutsuru 🍶. The cool label, which is not like Taketsuru, and the flat rice polishing, which I had never heard of before, raised my expectations, but it had a peculiar taste that might be quite different for different tastes. The technique, rice, and sake derived from flattened rice polishing are collectively called "shingin".

The last 9 drinks of all you can drink 🍶. I feel the end of summer 🥹. To be exact, I had a draft beer before the sake and a glass of the restaurant's special amazake at the end 😊. Let's keep it moderate from now on, even though it's all you can drink 🙂.

The first drink of the all-you-can-drink Sake special was Tosa Shiragiku🍶. I haven't had Kochi sake for a while, but last week I had Kameizumi which was so delicious that I thought Tosa Shiragiku would be my next drink. I found it on today's recommended menu and ordered it without hesitation.

Sunday afternoon drink 🍶. Went out in the blistering hot weather after finding out on Instagram that they opened for lunch 😅 All food drinks are one coin🪙. It's sake after a couple of beers. Halfway through the drink, I'm going to have a dashiwari 😊.
