Satochan"refreshingly delicious" flavor (flavour)
Slight aroma, smooth attack. The taste is clean and umami. It goes in smoothly and has a light richness.
Sake brewed by a sake brewery in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
I bought a packet 😁.
You can accompany it with sweet fried bean curd or salty yakitori salmon.
It's cold, so I'll drink it at room temperature. But, it's not.
The label says to enjoy it well chilled orz
I'll do that next time 🤣. ヒロ☀️
I had some business in Ebina, so I stopped by Izumibashi. I was looking at the store and saw the words "limited quantity"... I was attracted by the limited quantity and bought it 😆.
It is completely amber 🟡.
It has a strong sour taste. But not alcoholic.
As the label says kiwi🥝, it is indeed kiwi🥝🤔.
Feels like a strong mouthfeel, similar to the cold sake of "Rumiko" I had in Nagoya. I'll try heating it up🍶🔥😏.
Point the thermometer 🌡️... and....
From 60°C 😉.
Too much acidity, harsh mouthfeel, and a strong hackles 😣.
I feel like I've been hit with a bang... 😱
Cooled down to about 40°C.
The sourness is gone and there is a grapefruit sweetness 🙄.
The sourness is there but diffuse and honest.
This is good 🥰.
It's hard to believe that heated sake 🍶 can change so much with temperature 😓. ヒロHome drinking.
Visit the brewery and stop by the brewery store.
The blue 🟦 bottle is a chic and very nice color 🤩.
I bought it.
100% Raku-fu-mai from Kanagawa Prefecture
The color is transparent.
The aroma is sweet, reminiscent of white flowers.
The taste is lychee with a light sweetness.
The acidity is reminiscent of the acidity of Izumibashi, but it is restrained and not strong; after three or four sips, the acidity becomes imperceptible.
The ginjo aroma is low.
Instead, there is a lingering sweetness. The sweetness becomes more pronounced in the mouth.
The persistence of sweetness was outstanding 😳.
The image of Izumihashi was overturned 🍶.
Don't talk about the brewery without drinking it to the fullest: ❗️ that's what I'm saying: 🙇♂️ Masaaki SapporoThanks again, Hiro 👍Senbashi Sake Brewery, looks stylish 👀 Tonbo label Rakufu Mai, looks delicious 😋. ヒロMasaaki Sapporo, thanks for your comment 🙇♂️
Izumibashi Sake Brewery has a courtyard with benches for tasting, which is great when the weather is nice ❗️
It's fun to visit the brewery and taste a wide range of sake from the brewery 😆. TakTasted at the brewery's store. It tasted sweeter and softer than Raku-fu-mai Shiboritate. It also had a slight aroma like a lactic acid bacteria drink. TakTasted at the brewery store. The taste is clean and refreshing. あねさん😁
Summer term? The third day of vacation is a rest day.
Summer term? The 4th day of vacation is,
I have memories of summer, but I also have memories of visiting Nagoya, petit off-line meetings, petit off-line meetings, petit off-line meetings, petit off-line meetings, petit off-line meetings... 😆, let's make some memories of summer vacation, yes, let's go collect sake seals, so I went to Izumihashi Brewery in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Let's go get a Blue Megumi sake seal.
We tasted 6 kinds of sake, 30ml for 110 yen. My favorite was the white malted rice brewed sake. The one with the yellow label on the left. The sweet and sour taste is great for daytime drinking.
To get the sake seal, you need to purchase the sake, so we chose the "Shiroi no Megumi," which is only available at Sake Tomokan. I am looking forward to it.
I know you may say "Megumi is black" 😆. うまいうまいAne, good morning 🌈Cloe 🤣. 阿佐波Good morning, Ane-san! I see you went to Izumibashi 😁I think it's nice and relaxing to have a paid tasting in the garden. White Megumi❣️ exquisite choice😆 あねさんGood morning, good morning, good morning 🌸
Yes, yes, pitch black 😆.
I can't be a good person in all directions. あねさんGood morning, Asanami 💐.
The garden was lovely. No one was around, so I could choose any place I wanted. I would have relaxed more if there was food. Of course it wasn't enough, so after that we went to a soba noodle shop in Shinyurigaoka for a lunchtime drink💫. sugizTaste of Omachi. Mild for its strength.
My husband drank it first and it's been 5 days since we opened the bottle, but I can enjoy it without any change in flavor in a good way. mutsuWhen I tasted it at the store, I thought it tasted sour and a little habitual, but when I paired it with a meal at home, I didn't mind the sourness or habit and was able to drink it easily 🍶. mutsuI enjoyed the Raku-fu-mai so much that I tried a different autumn dragonfly!
I found it to be more acidic than the Raku-fu-mai. sugizIzumibashi has been around for a long time.
This sake is a blend of new sake and 2 year old sake, and offers the unique taste of lactic acidic old sake.
Paired with the sake was a 24-month aged mimolette. Delicious 💕 sugizObtained at a store directly owned by the Izumihashi Brewery.
The alcohol content is 18%, so naturally it has a strong alcoholic taste. It has a hard flavor typical of Izumihashi, but it is sweet and full-bodied.
Since it is a summer sake, one would think it would be a refreshing sake, and it is, but it is not just that, it has a strong flavor.
I paired it with Suzuhiro's chilled oden. Local Kanagawa collaboration 😆. sugizIt has a hardness that is typical of Izumibashi, and of course has plenty of alcohol since it is 17 degrees.
The sweetness is minimal and there is a bit of bitterness.
It is unique, but I like it. sugizSold exclusively at Sakuyukan.
No.56 out of 500 bottles.
A nice alcoholic taste. Hardness typical of Izumihashi.
Although it is Yamada-Nishiki, it is not a uniformly clear Yamada-Nishiki, but has a delicious complex flavor with a hint of rice bran.
Today, I was thinking of having a sake related to the earthquake disaster, but I didn't have any left.
I will offer a toast with a local sake. sugizNo.72 / out of 440 bottles
Hard and dry, as is typical of Izumibashi, with a hint of alcohol at 17°.
Freshness, sweetness, a hint of bitterness and acidity in the aftertaste. A little peculiar. sugizThis is a limited edition product sold directly from the brewer, Sakuyukan. This is the second bottle of the season.
The sake has a clear profile that only hard water can give.
It has a fresh alcoholic taste like freshly pressed sake. sugizThis is a limited edition of the Sakuyukan, sold directly from the brewer.
Usually it is a fire-retarded version, but this is a raw version.
It has a fresh alcohol feeling like freshly pressed raw sake. It has a faint sourness that is not unpleasant. It is lightly nigori (nigori means "lightly cloudy" in Japanese), but the sweetness is light and refreshing. kataPI tasted each of them.
The Daiginjo was good, but the standard Izumibashi was also good❣️.
I can't decide which one to buy. 山廃純米Yesterday, I went to the OIOI liquor store in Ebina because there was an announcement on Twitter, but I couldn't find any, so I went to the brewery's direct sales counter. It's a bit like drinking a Taishu. It's easy to drink like water with the alc. degree 13. The specs are
Rice: 100% locally grown Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 60:50
Sake meter: ±0
Acidity: 1.3
(Sake and acidity levels are all from the website of Yamadaya, Kamakura)
It is delicious.
I had a shellfish with salted kelp as a snack. Gassho? was at Kamakura Hayayagei Kougei yesterday. I asked the shop staff if they said the author was still undisclosed and young. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
