My first craft saké 🍶.
I bought it and kept it in the fridge for a while, tried to open it slowly but it spilled a lot😅.
It was easy to drink and empty in no time😊.
Since grapes are the main ingredient, it's no longer something I should post here, but I thought I'd briefly introduce this interesting sake from a craft saké brewery.
This is a strange grape wine that is a bit different from wine. It smells slightly like white wine. That's right.
It is quite dry. But you don't feel much acidity, so it goes down quickly. The lingering sensation is tannin?
I don't know much about wine (sweat), but it was delicious. My wife was also satisfied.
The refrigerator is overflowing with new sake and wine.... We first chose a craft saké that was light and could be opened quickly.
This is my first attempt at haccoba. This time, I was intrigued by the gin distillation lees and juniper berries used as secondary ingredients.
The aroma is exactly like gin itself. Unfortunately, the gassiness was not as strong as I had expected.
It is quite sweet. Maybe that's why I feel like I'm drinking a gin and tonic. This is not good.
The acidity and bitterness (also like gin) continue to the finish.
It was very tasty. I recommend it to gin lovers. If it had more gas, it would be a gin and tonic itself!
