Asahi rice is not suitable for sake brewing, but rice. It seems to be useful for rice polishing because it is large and hard and has little stickiness. It is unfiltered and burned. The first impression is soft. Apple, pineapple, and kiwi. Sweetness and astringency like persimmon in the end. It has a delightful taste with a lively complexity. It's cheap and delicious. And yet it's fun and yet surprising and goes with the meal. Excellent. I would buy it again.

This quality is way too much for a tokushun unpasteurized sake. There's a slight greenness to it, but that's just an alibi that it's already raw sake. It finishes with a lightly ripe, sweet fruit to grain, leaving a cocoa-like footprint on the throat. Shipped straight out of the bottle with no storage, this performance is nothing short of spectacular.

Beautiful bottle. The tightness of the screw cap is great. The aroma is beautiful and smells like strawberries and muscat. Even though it is a daiginjo, it has a gentle aroma that goes well with meals, with a sizzling coffee flavor at the end. The concept of "gentle as a dewdrop" is exactly what it sounds like. The flowing down the throat makes it the best choice for sake drinking. No complaints. It's delicious. Excellent.

I didn't know that Mr. Akatake, a representative of the young generation, tasted like this...I had the first Jundais for the first time. The aroma is very fruity, and the taste is mainly of pineapple, banana and apple. The presence of acidity that I feel in the other specific names of the brewery is airy and the lingering aroma is long. My personal taste expectations were different, but I think it's cohesive.

A nice fruity aroma is amazing. Fresh flavors of apple and melon. Yet, it has a mature finish that captures that energetic flavor nicely. Amazing. Wow. 1,800 yen for this?

The box and the label have changed. The box was changed from dark brown and black to gold and the label was changed to Japanese paper and became fashionable. It is mainly pineapple with muscat aroma. It tastes like an easy to drink pineapple syrup with a sweet base. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good for you. Maybe I'm just not feeling myself... Today, Mr. Super Special was running too fast and the dishes couldn't keep up 😩.

There's no specific name on the box or the bottle, but it's 35% polished, unpasteurized, bottle-fired... I believe it was 3500 yen, but it feels very cheap for these specs. The nose is pear and melon, and finally a bit of semedyne. Tropical fruits and complex grains to yogurt, the aftertaste was a bit harsh. But when I switched to the footless boar, oh my goodness. It's so Swiss 😋. I think my own expectations were too high. But for 3500 yen, it's too cosy.

Lightly sipped and finished with chocolate. An example of a drink that doesn't require any type of cooking. It is delicious. I hope that the sake will continue to evolve and maintain this delicious quality as well as Tazhu's tokushun to keep up with the times.

I love the unfiltered Junmai series, Kaiun. This is the first time I've had Junmai, but it's very hardcore. It's not alcoholic, of course, but it's mildly sweet. It goes great with the medium fatty tuna 😋 It looks fun in a warmed-up version.

It's different in taste from Jikou, but definitely top-notch. It's a pure sake, but it's also a perfect food sipper, and you can enjoy a variety of colors in different glasses. Without the great preconceived notions of the greatness of now, it is impossible to know which is first or second.

It's easy to drink. It's just like "Sen". It is delicious. I can't help but think that this kind of frothing drink is better than the bubbling one. I still have a slight hangover, but I can drink normally.

I think it's a gorgeous type of Hidatami, much more so than the Venetian bottle. Oh no, but it's delicious. Happiness. Wouldn't it be great with sushi with red vinegar rice?

Nanahon Yari bio sake. In this cold season, I think it would be great to have it warmed up and served with a hot pot. However, I'm not sure if it's worth the price, personally 😅.

Fresh aroma, mainly citrus fruits, and an atmosphere that seems to go down well. It's not good. It goes really well. It doesn't have any alcohol or bitterness. I think the best junigin that you can enjoy drinking is the one that you can enjoy the most.

I found out about Zouga through a PR by Hasegawa Shouten. This is the first time I've bought a Daiginjo. It seems to be an entry-level brew, I'm afraid, but the balance is amazing. It's delicious. The second name, "Zouga Kura Gassenshu" is also nice.

With the exception of Midorisu, I don't drink Daiginjo unpasteurized sake, as you might expect, but I don't drink it very often. Midoriju has a subdued aroma, and it doesn't seem to have a forced aroma and taste. It's wonderful. Midoriju is a great relief to have on a restaurant menu or in a liquor store's fridge when they don't have your favorite sake.

The aroma and taste are powerful. The taste is honey, riceiness, and the blackness of the pudding... it's already very present. I guess a sake like this all in all must have near perfect temperature control from shipping to now.

Before I get drunk, I need to take a note... Because it's your first day open? Wrong glass? The aroma doesn't come up much. But the taste isn't deliberately tropical, it's elegant but complex and gentle... already very drinkable and delicious!

It's not tropical or sweet, it's simply a rice sake without any mixture. 16.5° alcohol content is unbelievably light, and I think it's a high quality sake that complements the food.
