With the exception of Midorisu, I don't drink Daiginjo unpasteurized sake, as you might expect, but I don't drink it very often.
Midoriju has a subdued aroma, and it doesn't seem to have a forced aroma and taste.
It's wonderful.
Midoriju is a great relief to have on a restaurant menu or in a liquor store's fridge when they don't have your favorite sake.
