 Among the Nakao Brewery's  The driest (sake degree +8)  It is crisp and  It is crisp and flows smoothly through the mouth with a little lingering  and acidity, and flowed smoothly from the palate.  It was a bit thick on the palate, but  but the taste was refreshing.  I had it with surume (Japanese common squid), but I think it would also go well with white meat sashimi.  It would also go well with white meat sashimi.  What to drink next?  It was delicious.  But there is also Seikagami Junmai Ginjo and Gen  I'm not sure what to drink next!

I drank sake for the first time on an airplane. No peculiarities, no off-flavors, gentle taste. Easy to drink and It was a small bottle of 100ml It ran out quickly.

Spicy, crisp, fluffy.  It took 4 hours to drink (open) because the bubbles were so humungous! This is what I mean by "beware of blowout"... I was thinking... I thought, "I can't drink today. It's finally warming up here in Tokyo. I think I could have had it earlier. I think we met too late....... (My world was too small.) From the color, I imagined a sweet aroma and flavor. It was crisp and refreshing. The alcohol content is 12%, which is a bit low. It's crisp, but not I thought the gentle aroma coming from the throat was nice. There are many sake breweries in the country. What shall we drink next spring? I wonder what kind of sake I will have encountered by then... I'm getting older, but I can't imagine what it must be like. Really fun, I'm looking forward to it!

 A weekend to look forward to  I was flying a little too fast.  I held off until today.  Kido finally opened the bottle!  Gorgeous and floral aroma  Aroma that spreads in the mouth as well.  Slightly sweet with little bitterness.  Beautiful color. Not completely clear.  Natural color, yet bright.  Junmai Daiginjo, what will happen to it?  More refreshing and gorgeous?  I'd say it's smooth.  It's a little bit of a hard working sake in my opinion.  Glad I tried!  Tofu steak and sauteed mushrooms and chicken  with a sauce made from amazake, miso and yogurt.  We had a great time!  Kido is the star of the show today.  I'm glad I lightened the seasoning a bit. Lots of other drinks to choose from! I really look forward to it every week!

The meal was a bit strong. I wanted to drink it at room temperature to lukewarm. I bought it quickly at a convenience store. It's been maybe 20 years. Taste I remember I drank it with nostalgia. It's crisp, yet weighty. It goes well with both oily and tender food. I thought it was a sake. For a difference of 500 to 1,000 yen I was surprised to know that there are many different types of sake with different personalities. As I get older, I'm finding sake more and more appealing.

One more thing. I got to experience things I couldn't afford on my own. So mellow and gorgeous. But it's like no other glamour... It was something that just came trotting in. I'm new to sake, but I was shocked! I'll try many more sakes here again. I wanted to taste it.

This one is also at PARCO... Xuefeng has been talked about for a long time. The concept of outdoor It's got a robust flavor. Chicken ham, basil snacks and more! It was a very good match and we enjoyed it slowly.

At Shibuya PARCO... I got a freshly opened one. It's soft and sweet. The aroma is so gorgeous. There is no cloying taste. I'm glad I got to taste this kind of Kubota.

Leave Toko at home in the process of opening the package. I'm back in Tokyo, where I've been posted alone. I'm not worried about it... Ichinozo, as written, was very dry! I had it with some green onion tuna. Even though it was very fatty, it was so smooth and flowing! Sake and dry sake. I have enjoyed it very much over the past two weeks! Very enjoyable!

Toko's Junmai Ginjo-Ginjo-Hara Sake Sweet aroma when you open the bottle Sweet aroma and a hint of sweetness in the mouth. A little sourness in the aftertaste. It was a refreshing sake. We had it with roast beef from the deli. I drank it cold. Even when gradually approaching room temperature The aroma did not change much. I could taste the sweetness of the rice and was very satisfied with the taste. Next time I'd like to try it with sashimi.

Type made at the request of a local supermarket The rice has a strong flavor. Slightly acidic, with a hint of tanginess. Chibi chibi, cold or at room temperature. It would go well with any dish. Purchased "Shiboritate" at a local It's been a long time since I've bought sake here. I was excited from the moment I bought it! It had a very robust flavor. I ate it with dumplings, thinking it was a bad idea. I drank it cold. Strong fatty taste but not overpowered by it. The taste was more impressive than the mellow aroma. It would go very well with oily fish. I'm looking forward to seeing it again! It has a strong character, but it's not the only one. We enjoyed it very much! I was able to stop before the 3-game mark. You either like the robust flavor I don't know if I like the sake itself... I need to cool down.

With Japanese soup stock dishes at home I had it at room temperature today, but I was told it was better to keep it chilled. I will have it tomorrow with cold sake. The aroma is fresh and tasty. Very tasty! I'm looking forward to a different taste when it's chilled!
