Sweet aroma when you open the bottle
Sweet aroma and a hint of sweetness in the mouth.
A little sourness in the aftertaste. It was a refreshing sake.
We had it with roast beef from the deli.
I drank it cold.
Even when gradually approaching room temperature
The aroma did not change much.
I could taste the sweetness of the rice and was very satisfied with the taste.
Next time I'd like to try it with sashimi.
